I have Bought an Asus Laptop dt 25.09.2014. From the very first month it started creating problem, After doing the troubleshooting provided by the customer care the problem is not resolved. Submitted it to the Authorized Asus service centre, the technician told Hard Disk needs to be changed, so hard disk got replaced. After replacing the Hard Disk again the same problem arised, submitted the Laptop in the Service center once again, this time technician told there is problem in the Motherboard so this time Motherboard got replaced, after doing so the problem still not resolved.
I am just fed up going to the service center again n again n not getting the proper solution. all the imp parts has been replaced but the Laptop is still showing the errors n it is not resolved.
I strictly want replacement or my hard eraned money back.
One more problem is with the Dealer (My Computers Krishna Infotech, Dhantoli, Nagpur ), he has not registered the product after selling it to me so the warranty reflecting in the Asus system is wrong. The dealer is very rude n responding properly, showing the attitude while talking. These kind of dealers damaging the Brand Value of the Company.
Do the needful asap.
