My phone is under warranty couple of weeks back it had stopped charging.After which I took the phone to the nearest service center.They refused to service the phone because it had a slight scratch on the screen (barely visible).I spoke to the call center guy and he said asus will approve warranty on this problem. After two weeks I was informed Asus has not approved for the warranty. I was told by the service center guys that the problem was because of a manufacturing defect in the charging port and it had nothing to do with the scratch on the phone, I tried convincing the call center guys but all they did was avoided me by asking me to call and send mails to different numbers.After trying very hard i gave up and had to pay rs 1400 for no fault of mine.
Overall I felt harassed and Cheated.
