Hello Sir...
This is Dheeraj Kumar. i purchased a laptop on 21 may 2014. From the very moment of the same day, laptop had following problems with it..
1. it takes 4 or more than that to complete the full charge and gives back up only 2 hour or even less.
2. blue screen followed by restart frequently.
3. over heating, it can burn one`s hand
4 system frequently hangs...

so, it was my need and right to get the laptop replaced as it was a clear case of death on arrival. i called the customer support and asked for it... but they are not listening and feeling my grievance...
sir please assist me to have my laptop replaced. it is of no use i have already packed it in the carton as it is no use and bothers me.
i filed the case on the very same date to the customer support, wasted his and mine 20 days, repaired it "as i resisted why should i allow myself and you to repair my new laptop? is that why i puchased it? still they did it against my wish." to their best but in vain.
All these things harrased, tortured and hampered my studies and work. and still going on..
inspite of all these efforts they have idea what to do? please sir ... be humane...
