My 8-month old ASUS laptop spoiled. I sent for fixing at the
service center in Thailand since 12 December 2014. It was found that
motherboard and touchpad spoiled. I called up every now and then to check the progress. The only answer was ‘still waiting for the parts from Taiwan’. Until a month passed by, I was told that the parts arrived and they will fix but never inform approximate time for fixing. On 19 January 2015, I was informed once again that they are ordering motherboard. I asked that I was told the motherboard was ordered and it has been delivered but I received no answer except, ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’. Today (23 February 2015), I still received the same answer ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’ with no other explanation.
Everytime, when I asked to talk to the technician because call center can never give me other answers except ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’. They said we have no telephone to contact them, email is the only way
we can connect to them. I was asked to call again to check in a week time. When I called I still received the same answer ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’. Was this information helpful? |
