Asus — Speaker not working

Hi, I bought a brand new Asus ZenFone 5 from flipkart and I recieved it on 25th April, approximately 3 weeks back. Exactly after one week that is from 2nd May, the speaker is not working. I noticed it first when I saw missed calls and later that even when the phone is on sound mode its nor ringing. I played music and tried everything that make a noise but there is no sound. The volume is on maximum. I need a solution at the earliest.
