I purchased ASUS TUF Laptop in December from Amazon. On 6th day of the purchase, I noticed issues with Bluetooth and WiFi. So I raised a complaint on the same day to Asus.
Asus told me that there is replacement option within Asus for 10 days and they will replace the laptop after verifying it. They said I need not go to Amazon for the replacement and Asus will do it.
It has been more than one month without replacement. They have already verified that the problem is present in the laptop and provided DOA letter. But they have not replaced the laptop. Amazon is also rejectiing the return because 7 day replacement is alreay crossed. Was this information helpful? |
