Asus — Zenfone 5 got deshaped(twisted) while charging due to overheat.

Purchased zenfone5 on 13th November 2014. My products SNo E9AZCY187685. Had some problems with charging, data cable and battery were replaced. Now the instrument gets overheated and has changed the shape(twisted). As my instrument(mobile) is still under warranty period I would like to get it replaced with a new one. In reference to this complaint i had emailed earlier on 5th June 2015 and my request ID isWTM[protected] but still no news received from company.
