Asus — Zenfone defect no service provided since 3-4 months.

Since more than 3 months, my new Zenfone 4.5 inch is with ASUS service centre where it was submitted only after 1 month o[censored]se due to defects from day one. They are not repairing, not returning and not even replying to my case ID IND(EN) : Defective product [ID=RWTM[protected]-743]
