Had a brash attitude towards women driving vehicles. He purposely cornered and kept cutting in when women drove on the road and turned back to smile ah them. By abruptly cutting in he put the other vehicles at risk of crashing or road accident
It was also clearly a matter of Eve teasing the women driving in cycles and two wheelers which he repeated 4-5 times atleast.
