Auto — Faulty Meter for autoMH03BA 0786

I always take auto from Ramabai Nagar Ghatkopar East to Tata Colony in Mulund East in Mumbai.The fare on average is 140-150 .I took an auto on 21st October 2020 at 8:30 pm.The autofare was 166.The meter was continouosly changing numbers.I argued with him saying there was no traffic neither any signals and Your meter is very well on faulty side.He didnt budge and demanded the entire amount.I took a pic of his meter Of auto number MH03BA
0786.I would like strict action against such people.I tried calling RTO number, no body is receiving.The RTO app is also not working properly for lodging any grievance
