Auto — Overcharging and harassment

I boarded Auto from chennai central station, for Dlf it Park near Ramapuram signal, he agreed to go on meter but after 1.5 km when he didn't started meter I protested, he tried to harass me and didn't let me leave auto with my luggage, he and his fellow charged 400 and left me midway. Auto no. TN 05 5308 his auto stand is at chennai central station.

Dear sir, Yesterday night (30/05/2017) when I was moving to one of function in Okalipuram in an Auto from Rajajinagar 1st Block I left my phone in an Auto and i am trying to call its not reachable ( Lenovo Phone and my mobile number is [protected]) kindly do the needed.
