I was in rickshaw whose number is mh 03 aa 8981. I was going to powai from kanjurmarg station and told him to take the route which i was following from google maps. I was having my exam in powai and thus i was busy in reading. Rickshawala took the longer route and after i noticed and told him to take right he got angry and argued and abused me for not listening. He charged me 3times than normal fare and even not gave me rs 8 change after asking for change and abused me and flashed. I request authorities to take this matter seriously and take some actions so that this wont repeat in future and the new person or a stranger in city wont be in trouble.
