Auto Rickshaws in Thane — Auto Rickshaw Driver(owner)

On 23-5-23 at 4.15 PM I intend to sit in rickshaw with my family from thane railway station wherein a big que always. Before I enter rickshaw driver asking me where u want to go? I said after sitting in I will inform u. He got annoyed when I inform to go Mahagiri, he said u have to que in other line, when I told him there is only one line. He took us and started quarrel with us whole journey. To trouble us he drive whole journey in 1st and 2nd gear with very often applying brek for jerking. I told him this is not the way to drive, he said I m driving same way. He told us he drives for majiwda passengers only, then I asked why you came in que to take passenger u should have stayed outside and with a loud tell passengers of majiwda. Half way he stopped the rickshaw when my wife told him we r not well please take us. I am harnia patient and recently operated and we both are senior citizens. I request u to please take appropriate action against driver and his driving test may please be checked secretly. Thank you.
