Autobrix — not cleaning the car after taking money

I recently subscribed for car cleaning with autobrix (Car cleanse) and paid ₹1299 for 3 months.
My service started on 15th feb 2020 and only on first day they cleaned the car, after that nobody cleaned my car.
I have reported the issue 3-4 times and asked for refund but they never callback.
Please help me with the issue and get my money refunded.

I given service for my bike, the person came not a mechanic he is may be cleaner, after bike service bike oil totally spilled out, again I given repaired in local garrage, these are never seen this type of service, they not refunded my amount, they are telling refund is declined, my suggestion to everyone dont go this autobrix they are fraud, and worst service I have never seen my history,
