My activa honda service was not done properly.
For regular service they charged 3000 by saying plug was broken
Worst experience in my life...

Totally its worst service, company is not customer satisfaction related, only making money, it's better give local service only, I ask for refund they are telling not possible, this type of service I have never seen in my history, my suggestion to everyone dont go for this autobrix company, they are simply making money...

My apartment basement got flooded and my bike got submerged. I found Autobrix online and made the booking. I specifically asked them to get the vehicle lifted from my place since water has entered inside. They promised that they will send a tempo or some other vehicle and will get the vehicle transported to their workshop which is in ITPB area.

I have paid Rs:588.82 to Autobrix to repair my car. Without doing the service, they sent SMS like "Your Car Service has done". Totally disappointed. They are not refunding my amount and are not picking my call also....

I recently subscribed for car cleaning with autobrix (Car cleanse) and paid ₹999 for 3 months.
My service started on 15th feb 2020 and only on few days they cleaned the car, after that nobody cleaned my car.
I have reported the issue couple of times and asked for refund but they never callback.
Please help me with the issue and get my money refunded.
