I have purchased Utra Prolink wirless earphone from AVA show room in Trivandrum Domestic Airport.However it was not functioning from second week of purchase. I tried to reach Customer care multiple times but no one was answering the Call. Please find below purchase details and help me to get the replacement at the earliest.

I bought the harsen hansen Rose Gold Gents watch in the hyderabad airport on July 1st, 2019. The gents watch not yet all working when i have opened from the seal pack and removed the strap. let me know how to get it replaced. I was completely disappointed with this.

Wrist watch glass fell down . It didnt break it fell down. Within a week of purchase from ava store the glass of the wrist watch fell down . The watch seems as if some locally fabricated. Kindly look into the matter

I purchase EarPod on 15th August from Ahemdabad airport. They are faulty. They keep on disconnecting from the phone and neither they are full charging. They have given 6months warranty. But no idea where we will get the replacement.
