Ava Merchandising — smart watch is not working

I bought smart watch from hyderabad airport on 13 sep 2019, that time i was on hurry and did not check that watch is properly working or not. Now when i tried to on this got that power button is not working. Unable to turn it on, post charging even power button is not working.

I tried calling customer care no mentioned in the back side of the box, one security guard saying "bhaiya galat no diya hai"

I am confused what to do
Please can any one help me for the same.

I have bought hottech smart watch from AVA merchandising T3 New Delhi. The watch got hanged while I was using it yesterday. Pls advice how to get this replaced or get money back.
