It is with great regret that I have to mail you this. Let me walk you through all the events:
29th Aug : I got a call from your bank, and I did all the KYC and everything for VISTARA PREMIUM CARD.
1st Sept : Someone from your bank visited my house, did verification again.
Since 3rd Sept: I started receiving verification calls, I have added screenshots for the same. They were all saying the same thing, this is the last time verification. No more calls will be made after this. and then I got around 15-20 calls after that.
6th Sept: on one such call I requested the lady to cancel my card as I was fed up with your spam calls. She said ok.
7th & 8th Sept : I received two SMS saying my card application has been declined.
Meanwhile I was in contact with this Suraj guy, screenshots attached. I saw that I have been charged 1700 for my credit card, which I have never even seen, and for which I already received declined sms. I have been constantly informing him to do something about it for the past one month. He has stopped picking up my calls, and today he picked it up and said to mail you guys.
I am getting messages that money will be auto debited from my account for the credit card I never even GOT!!
Please rectify the issue, I want to make it clear, I never wanted the card and I have been strongly saying so to every person I got in contact with. I won't be paying the amount
