I have an easy access savings account with axis bank, which was opened for the purpose of salary. After changing the job, i stopped using the account, later missed the login credentials. Hence never bothered about the transaction. After 6 months thought of keeping some amount in the account as saving, i transferred 15 k to account. Earlier march account was showing negative balance as consolidated charges to be debited with the new credit to account. However when i could login to the account in october 2018, i saw there was some -225 inr as the overall balance of the unused account. Hence thought of paying it and transferred 15 thousand. For 15-20daysthere was absolutely no hint that there will be consolidated charges incurred. All of a sudden when i checked my balance in november there was a deduction of 4312 inr as the consolidated charge and 776 as 18%gst. I was terribly disappointed and shocked to see the deduction. Such a cheater, i am going to close the account

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I Vikash Kumar Pandey, I am a seafarer working on-board as 4th engineer rank.

    I have visited the bank for loan purposes and bank has calculated my loan eligibility around 1.25 crore as my monthly income is around 4270 USD( around 3 lakh INR), during my sailing period so I have applied for my required loan amount of 43 lakh for 15 year period with conditions of no preclosure charges and also provided the granter to the bank.

    I have provided all the documentation whatever asked by the bank and all the documentation of seller and purchaser had been verified satisfied by the bank, after regular visits of bank and courts.

    After long legal proceedings, I got call from the bank that my loan has been declined but they are unable to provide the valid reasons for the declination.

    I am also ready to provided whatever additional requirements of the bank but bank is not agree and to take any of the without providing the valid reason for my loan declination.

    Kindly go through the issue and do the needful.

      I vikash kumar pandey, i am a seamen working onboard the ship as fourth engineer.
      I have applied home loan from the axis bank during the initial loan procedure the axis bank representative calculated my loan eligibility that was more than one crore as my monthly income during sailing period is 4270 usd (Around 3 lakh inr monthly) also i have provided the loan granter.

      Now after long time of verification and regular visit of bank and court for the fullfilling the bank requirement the bank has declined my loan and not providing the reason for the declination.

      Please go through the issue and do the needful.

        Hi,

        I had opened by account in axis bank in 2016. I'm getting negative balance in my axis bank account but i have never used that account from last 18 months. I logged in to mobile application i noticed that it was showing negative balance of -3117.83 amount. I never got any prior notice regarding this, neither a text message of the negative amount. I tried to see the log in the mobile application but there is no entry for that negative amount. I want to know for what reason my amount balance is showing me in negative -3117.83.
        It would be a great help for me if anyone could check the issue and update me. I have provided my contact details below.

          Hi team,
          I was charged 470rs as consolidated dp charges on 13th oct 2018 from my axis account without any intimation. I have never used the demat account assigned to me while opening my savings account with axis bank. If i would have been informed, i had closed the account.
          I've just got a credit card and if there are such hidden charges which are deducted from account without informing then it's tough to rely or use axis products. Please help me with the same.

              I had ordered a mobile from flipkart on 26 oct 2018 through axis bank debit card. But seller could deliver and had to cancel my order on 3rd nov 2018.                 I have a salary account in your bank, i want to inform u that rs: -3028.74 service charges has been deducted in the name of "consolidated charges" from my account from last 6 months without informing me.                     On 10th November 18 I have requested for 20 leaves cheque book but till date I have not received any confirmation on 16th November 18 I called to customer care and logged a complaint for same: 46396853 even up to this time still I have not received any confirmation.
                    When I spoke with customer care the person said it will take minimum 10 days deliver.
                    It's almost 9 days completed but there is no tracking details have been received from bank.

                      I have account in axis bank, bhakti nagar branch, rajkot, gujrat. My account is open when my age is under 18 but now i am 19 years old. So that need the process about minor to major. I am giving all documents and fulfill all process for that and bank said your account is open within 1 week means process is done within 1 week.                       I transferred 900 rupees twice from my punjab national bank account using phonepe to my axis bank account. But money got credited only once, so i contacted phonepay.                       Without any prior notice or any alert bank debits certain amount of my savings account and there is not message alert for the same.
                      Why is bank taking certain amount as tips from the account ? And why there is no alert for the same.

I have visited the branch and raised my concern still no action taken. Even I have raised two tickets[protected],[protected] through axis customer care.                           Today just now i received a call from one assist. They explained me about the plan repeatedly even if i told them i am busy in a crowded place. They asked me to confirm with my last 4 digit debit card no. So out of no sense i told my last 4 digit debit card no. And then they charged 1899 instantly. This is so rediculous service just trying to grab money by giving you false future accidental protection. I want to ask axis bank if you guys can't protect our account then why the hell did you promised?? What's the value of opening account in your bank if our money and valuable documents goes into third party services. You guys are sharing our documents with a third party services which should be taken strong action against axis bank. Please refund my full money 1899 back as soon as possible i don't need any third party protection and if axis bank can't protect our money and data then please shut down this bank.                             Once an lady come from axis bank came to apen my account in my compant. She told me about demat account to open
                            I told her yes then she went...
                            After 5 minute i called her and told not to do open my demat account she said fine!!!

                            After a month an lady called me and told me "sir do u want to open demat accout i said no"

                            Today i get the massage from bank...

                            They debited my 1770 rs!!

                              I had purchased a forex card - [protected] visa from axis bank. I had used the same at my foreign trip and then given to axis bank person for processing the refund of the balance amount. It’s been a year that the refund has not been made.

                              Further, surprisingly, my card was attempted to be misused by someone else at mexico.in relation to the same, i had received a call from the due diligence department of axis bank that the card has been misused and i was asked to lodge a complaint for the same. As advised, i complained and i was informed that the insurance amount will be given in 15-20 days. The above incident had happened in march 2018 and its already more than 7 months the refund has not been received.

                              There are still some messages i get that someone is swiping my card overseas.

                              Given the hassles which i have been facing more than a year now, i had requested the axis bank representatives to look into the matter with utmost seriousness and priority.

                              They have never responded to my queries and i have been facing a lot of hassles since a long time now.

                              Request you help on the same at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

                              I have been advised to lodge an FIR on you guys by my lawyer. Would like to discuss the same with your representative before raising an FIR.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I am an existing account holder of your bank since year 2011. I have availed homeloan from your bank since 2011, with satisfactory credit history. I have applied for a saving account with zero minimum balance requirement in your loan center indore, to add to my homeloan account. This will help, as my existing saving account is being regularly charged for minimum balance.

                                I visited your loan center, dhanshree bldg, indore, last month, and was assured, to open new udaan a/c which will be attached to my existing homeloan and thereafter i will not be charged for minimum balance in my normal saving account. But one month is already over, and my udaan a/c is not being opened, without giving any satisfactory revert. Even the staff has not collected my new account documents.

                                Kindly arrange to open udaan a/c immediately, and reverse the charges collected in my account on early basis.

                                Hi, the opening of a new Axis ASAP account is currently not available. You may continue to use our branches to open a normal savings account. Regards, Team Axis Bank
                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Every bank provides facility to link saving account to loan a/c for EMI purpose. No minimum balance funds are required in such a/cs.

                                If your bank is not opening such accounts currently (for any reason), then why are consumers normal saving account charged with reason "low minimum balance" . In this age of portability, you may indeed reverse the charges debited to my account.

                                Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                  I have applied personal loan rs.500000 with rate of interest of 15.49 for 60 months. The actual emi amount is rs. 12024, but in my personal loan repayment schedule showing as rs. 12619. The bank is charging rs. 595 extra amount from me. I have informed to loan representative regarding this incorrect amount but still it is not changed. Actual rs.[protected] *60) extra will be collect from me for 60 months. My personal loan amount number is ppro[protected].

                                  Request you to review and help me to change the incorrect emi amount.

                                    I have taken a personal loan from axis bank rs. 500000 with rate of interest of 15.49 for 60 months. At the time of taking loan the loan representative said your emi amount is rs.12024, but in my loan statement or repayment schedule is showing that my emi amount is rs. 12619. Rs.595 is collecting extra per month with. I have informed to representative regarding this mistake. But he did not responding to my questions.
