I wanted to close my demat account with cdsl as [protected], with axis bank.

I have tried several ways, like tried online by raising service request as ref. No. 41988134.
Also visited home branch, but disappointed every where.
They are just taking request, but no progress or response still.

Almost a month delayed.

I don't know what to do...

    As date of 07 june 2018 afternoon time received a call from axis bank, had a lady who has no common sense how to understood one assist service about, and asked me to verify atm digits after then transferred to senior team.

    As i had fully confused about particular service and immediately transactions @1899 rupees from my account.

    I want to cancel the subscription and refund the money.

    I am so amazed, how secure your axis bank services with a confused call and immediately transactions the customer money without security code.

      Hi,

      As i understood, my axis bank credit card renewal fee has become large and continually growing every month especially when i am not using my credit card, its deactivated. As far as i remember
      Total payment due (0.00) minimum payment due (0.00) statement period (16/05/2017 - 15/06/2017) payment due date (05/07/2017) statement generation date (15/06/2017). Since the time i didn't use my card.

      Next month statement

      Total payment due (295.00 dr) minimum payment due (100.00 dr) statement period (16/06/2017 - 13/10/2017) payment due date (04/11/2017) statement generation date (13/10/2017)

      6/09/2017 annual fee mychoice card 250.00 dr
      16/09/2017 gst 45.00 dr

      I hv already about 4-5 months ago raise concern regarding waiver off for the same and kept me assured that it will be done but didn't receive any positive response kindly take needful action and waiver off all charges from my account (Xxxx xxxx xxxx 8617).

      Current month statement
      Total payment due (3, 897.04 dr) minimum payment due (521.00 dr) statement period (14/04/2018 - 15/05/2018) payment due date (Immediat) statement generation date (15/05/2018)

      Rs.295 to rs.3897 very painful to pay especially i didn't purchase anything.

      I agreed its all due to my ignorance but i beg you axis bank please help me out this time next time i will take care.

      I thought if i don't use credit card no charges will apply.

        I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 1013. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same.
        Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My one assist relationship no. Is 4583793. I am waiting for confirmation of deactivation of this service and also refund the money @1799.

                My loan was sanctioned axis approval ref no. Ph_lnphg_floating_bre/7990535/rac-whitefield asc/18-19 dated24-mar-2018. After that they keep on asking some or the other document and i am providing the same. Processing charges debited, documentation stamp paper everything done but they are not disbursing. It is almost three months from my application. Not informing the reason also
                Need to complaint against them.

                  I am having loan account no. Ppr[protected].in which i had made part payment of rs. 5000 on 2/5/18 and requested loan centre telepathically to reduce term with request no. 15174170. Further reminded telepathically on dtd 08.05.18 for the same but they reduced my emi instead of term. Urgent necessary actions highly required in this case as i wanted to reduce my term and not the emi.

                    Sir my name is vivek manhad and i did a Rs 10, 000 transaction(cash withdrawal) via my Axis atm card from SBI atm machine CHINAR SHOP COMPLEX SRINAGAR, the transaction was timed out and yesterday at 2:09 pm Rs 10, 000 were deducted from my axis bank account. I'm a defence serving personnel and this is my salary account. Actually right now I'm in srinagar and the phone no. Registered with the atm card is of Himachal Pradesh so this isn't working here. I made many calls from another no. on customer care no. But they said only the no. Registered with account from dat phone no. i have to call. I can't even visit any nearby branch here as I'm not allowed as per army rules, please understand my problem and help me out.

                            I am recently open account in axis Asap. till today 06 June 2018, I m not doing any transaction in & using axis asap account. but today 06 June 2018 I open my axis bank application where I saw my account shows negative amount balancing (-354) for preference attach screenshot below.

                                I have not received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis bank credit card ending with 8414. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1649 for the same.
                                Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1649.

                                I have made a transaction in eseva website today morning of Rs.300 .The money got debited but the website says transaction failed.

                                I receive atleast 3 calls a day for credit card, which I have already denied a numbers of time and asked them to block me. But they are getting worsening day by day. Please look into this.

                                  This complaint is in regard to my credit card payment. I am chasing with the customer care team and also raise a request to arrange the settlement on my card.
                                  However i have not receive any update from axis bank team.
                                  I have some money right now and i want to do settlement on my card.
                                  I will be able to pay 30-35% of my payment as my family is facing some financial crisis.

                                    Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your worst bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I came to know my money got locked in lien balance and not able to apply for the cheque book by 12may and till today haven't get the reply. Spoke to call center multiple times and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance.But the problem is entire banking department doesn't know what is the next to do simply they routing to bank and bank doing the same to call center.every time got same answer that with in two days it will clear.

                                    I personally went to AXIS branch and again there also no response.

                                      I am requesting to the axis bank management group as a village resident that the yearly charges of atm card for axis bank asap a/c need to minimize from rupees from 500 to 300. Most of the zero balance a/c holder comes from lower and lower-middle class family they are not able to deposit more money but they loves axis bank best services. Pleas take care about my letter

                                        My name is gaurav sharma. Axis bank and their representatives are regular calling me on my no [protected] and they call me as "satendra singh" further they continued that i have some due emi for some personal loan.
                                        I do not have any personal loan with axis bank, for these calls i have complaint to their customer care and mailed to axis bank as well, they have admitted that it is their system mistake, they have wrongly added my no with some other account.
                                        But the calls are still coming every day i get at least 5 calls from them, it is a serious harassment, it is like torturer.

                                        I need these calls to be ended immediately forever.

                                        i am still getting calls, 2 calls received today so far .I am mentally feeling tortured for a well settled man it is really harassing when a bank calls for money which was never given.
