        Hi,
        I have a salary account with Axis bank which was opened in August 2017. With my salary account ‘Axis Direct’ account was also opened regarding which I wasn’t informed prior to the account opening. I was under the impression that this is an add-on service with my salary account and I wouldn’t be charged for this apart from savings bank account maintenance fee. But recently I have been charged ~₹679 till date towards Axis Direct account maintenance charges and the transactions has taken place in parts for few past few days.
        I got in touch with the Axis Direct customer care last week and logged a complaint with them for ‘Axis Direct’ account closure as well as refund of the amount that has been charged from me and that I only want to keep my salary account with Axis Bank. I haven’t heard back from them yet and even today a small amount has been deducted from my salary account. The executive told me that the total charges for ‘Axis Direct’ account would be around ₹880. I am even afraid to maintain a decent balance in my savings account because my past experience hasn’t been that great with Axis Bank.
        I request you to get this matter escalated regarding the closure of my ‘Axis Direct’ account and also reversal of the charges that have been charged till date from me.

          I have sent several messages to [protected]@axisdirect.in to resolve the issue mentioned in subject.. But, after doing correspondences for 15 days, axis direct replied that this is not our problem, it is from axis bank. So i was asked to write to nodal officer of axis bank.. I have sent email to him on 6th april 2020 but there is no reply till today.
          Therefore, i have lodged complain against axis bank in consumer. The axis bank replied that i have to contact demat support team. But didn't give any contact details
          In last one month, i have sent e mails to - customer. [protected]@axisdirect.in, complianc. [protected]@axisdirect.in and nodal. [protected]@axisbank.com... But all has gone in vain. I cannot do online trading till today.
          So now i am lodging complain against axis direct, because they have treated me like football. Nobody is willing to solve issue and running away from their responsibility.
          Please note that i have transferred 8 lacs in my axis bank account to do share trading in stock market, but i couldn't buy shares because of the holding fund issue. Which can be resolved through registered mobile no. Or email. At present i am in loss of @ 150000 rs. As stock market went up by almost 20% in past 10 days.
          I have all the correspondences, but i couldn't attach it here because it contains some personal information.
          I lodge this complain to get help to start my online stock trading immediately and get compensation for my financial loss.

            I have given a request to close my demat account 10041199, in axis direct, in prescribed form along with master client copy for shares in account to be transferred to my new dp in cdsl. The above documents were submitted to ms noureen of axis bank lokhandwala branch andheri west on 26/3/20. No action has been taken yet. On the contrary a yearly charge of rs 851.46 has been debited from my savings account in axis bank. Please help and advise a small investor. Narendra thakur

              On 4 april axis bank charges me ₹955 on account of axis direct that account was hold by me when i open my account at the time of salary account sale person told me it’s free i never use a axis bank direct account. When country is lockdown that time axis bank charging a amount of 955 is this a jock. Really i disappoint from axis bank charges related to consolidation also. If it’s not my salary account surely i will not use this axis bank service

              They are saying even you don’t use a service they will charge please see before you open account in axis they charge a lot and don’t trust them before sign a document with the executive they fool you read all the document please .

                My number was used by someone in your chennai branch without my knowledge. They used my number as reference for some unknown person's personal loan. I'm getting calls regularly. Got a call from below numbers : [protected] & [protected]. Moreover i dont know the person's name itself. But your people are telling me that i'm lying. My next step is to put police complaint against this. Because this boy ([protected]) has literally did the mental harassment. He used so many abusive words against women. Please take a immediate action on the people who gave my number.

                    I have submitted closure form atleast 4 times, and also cmr to transfer my existing securities to another, 3 times. 3 times went personally to their bank and submit, and once directly sent to their mumbai branch as per their instructions by mail.

                    I have reported this to their grievances cell, nodal managers, bank ombudsman all these couple of times.

                    They gave so many reasons, form not received, id not correct, cmr not received, again id not correct.

                    Finally they ask more, like in-person verification (?) (I went and submitted why they did not do that?). And they say incomplete form, why they accepted in their branches where i submitted to send to mumbai, if its incomplete.

                    They are just framing causes to not close my account, and it caused me enormous mental stress for more than a year, i have email evidences etc.

                    I would like to be compensated by Axis Direct / Securities, for all these mental agony, they should have done this in say 30 minutes when i went there to close the securities, not to do more than a year yet.

                            I apply for the post Deev Jeo RO (LOAN) of axis security on 07/12/2019 at axis direct/security, Kolkata Shakespeare sarani, 2nd floor, Beside AC market,
                            After 3 times of interview ( first HR then Kaushik sir then my hometown Bank manager ) completed they selected me and ask me for documentation and online exam, I also completed it on 10/12/2019 and HR confirm me my selection is completed & my salary is 14, 000/- per month & on 13th December 2019 they call me & sign for final joining but unfortunately they still don't call me for join & also don't give joining letter even when I call regularly to the HR, she continue tell me still I have to wait but don't say any time & details. One of them even now don't received my phone[protected] who call me first time for apply/give interview at axis security. So now I'm little worry/confused that can they surely join me for this job? I have expand INR 650 Rs. this purpose
                            I also sent a mail on hraxissecurites.in but they don't give any response.
                            Even today they harassed me again
                            Now I want to my all expanse money back through this interview purpose.

                            I have expand total 6500/- rs. Not rs. 650 by type mistake. 1>One hr of axis security Sutopa nath (Contact number [protected])
                            Offer me my immediately join have been done if I pay 6000/- rs. So I pay 6000/- rs on 09/12/2019 2> my traveling expanse was 500/- rs. About 4 time I have go theirs office.
                            So I have total rs 6500/- expanse by axis security and now I want my money back

                              This company does not know even "c" of customer service. Whenever i email them about any issue while i was opening online account with them they are not at all interested to reply even once. I had to send them 3 or 4 emails after that i got 1 reply which was not at all relatable. They asked me to signed poa and said we cant open account without poa while on poa document itself they mention it is non mandatory document.
                              They have mentioned on their site that account will be open in flat 15 mins, but forget about account, they are not bother to reply any email.

                              This company workers are not interested to do their job on time.

                                I didnt apply for axis securities for delivery / receipt but i got the cdsl instruction slip.
                                May i know how come you can deliveried to someone if he/she hasnt apply for the same.
                                Indeed to that it's shows the axis securities / bank... Etc creditability.

                                You have to answer my question or else i would like to file poilce case against axis securities / bank... Etc.,.

                                    I was employee in axis securities banglore white filed branch, employee id-as181928. I left the organization in the month of may 2019. Still i have not received my relieving letter. After months i got mail mail saying excess payment has made so pay us so and so amount. I wanted to why i should pay you ti get my relieving and pf exit. I tried contacting you to know the reason but your customer service is good for nothing. Did n no of mails still no response from your end

                                      It is more than 12 days and i have not got my Fastag yet and there is no way to register my complaint as well. I have already paid Rs.400/- and no way to get this reimbursed not i am able to get my Fastag.
