This is raveena shintre i'm an ex employee of axis securities ltd, has left the job 8 months before due to family problem, as i wanted to withdraw my pf amount, but my aadhar number and pan number is not reflecting in the epfo portal and i have updated my aadhar number and pan number 30 days before through epfo online. Starting it was showing pending by employer after that from 15 days it is showing pending by bandra field office, mumbai. Kindly update my aadhar asap.

My last working day in my previous job is 7 june 2018 and same day i have signed my joining kit in my new company (Axis securties). Due to communication gap my doj also update in my new company 7 june 2018 which is similer to my doe. I cant transfered my previous amount in my new account due to my doe and doj are same. I am also given joint decleartion form to you.

As discussed over phone in my joining letter of axis securties wrongly mention 7th june 2018.in case of offer letter i have not received any offer letter from axis securties. You can confirm the same with hr team

For your refference i have atteched my previous company releaving letter in which clearly mention my doe is 7 june 2018..

So plz help to change my doj 7 june 2018 to 8 june 2018 i am suffering with this problam from last 10 months.

1) he call his employees even on sunday. No day for relaxation.
2) he forced his employees (Including women) to stay till 9 pm. Tell me who is responsible for women's security. If something bad happen to them, then will your company take responsibility of this.

Don't take this warning lightly, its the question of women's security.

Its been more than 45 days i have submitted my application for pf withdrawl at axis securites and sales, the status remains the same, reply is that the application has been received and shortly will be submitted to rpfc very soon, i had followed up but there it seems no one is bothered to submit the application to pf team, to my surprise till date my application is still not submitted and i m sure there would be some action taken and i am eagerly waiting for reply.

My concern is not only closing demat services. My concern includes - i do not want to pay unnecessary charges!

The mistakes are from your end.
- opening the demat account in my name without intimating me about it.
- not closing the demat when asked for. (From past 6 months)

So, it's your job to
- close the demat account
- initiate complete refund amount which has been charged.
