Dear B.E.S.T,

This post is to bring your attention to the AC buses which are running in South Mumbai City. Bus number is A357 this bus AC is not working always due to which many people are suffering because of humid weather. If you are not able to provide the comfortable rides to janta, stop your AC bus services. Very much disappointed with your AC bus services. For your information I have attached the receipt of my ticket. Request you to take immediate action against the bus driver and conductor.
