B.e.s.t. Undertaking — 512L bus is not coming on times

I want to complaint about 512L bus which route is from Mulund Check naka to Nerul Bus station. This bus is not coming as shown in the chalo app time table. Due to which I and other people has to suffer a lot. Sometimes it's also not showing details of live location of the bus. And sometimes it's coming 3 bus in a row like following each other by stop by stop. Due to which the other time slots of bus are empty. Please take this mail seriously...

Hi,

I have paid March month bill twice via gpay, 1st payment was done on 4th March and another on 26th March, 2024. The amount paid is double now.

Address: Byculla railway station

Complain regarding buses not available on time from byculla to nehru planetarium bus number 154 it's very difficult to travel we have to wait for more than 45mins for bus...
