Deduction of charges from my policy

Dear Sir,

I have bought a policy of Yours in March 2007, i have paid a premium of Rs.20000/- at that point of time. My money was invested in two Funds namely Accelerator Mid Cap Fund and Equity Index Fund II and i have allocated 789.2988 units and 780.3516 units of both the fund respectively. While allocating the funds you have deducted Rs. 500/- from both the Funds i.e Rs.1000/- has been deducted from total premium amount...

Non Receipt of Policy

I have invested in capital unit gain size one policy of Bajaj Allianz through RMP on[protected]Cheque number 994338)from trivandrum, kerala district but till date, I have not received any receipt copy of my money or any policy. I just know my policy number which i got from one of your agents(Policy number: [protected]). I have also made an enquiry at Babaj Allianz office at pune but they are unable to give me any positive response / information....

Non Receipt of Policy with correct details

I opened a Unit Linked Capital Gain Policy for Rs.25000/- my Policy date is 06/09/2007. The information given in my policy was almost wrong including my Address, My Employer name
and my annual CTC. I asked for the change of policy with actual information. Since from September I called so many executives of Bajaj, I sent many mails to Bajaj Alliance regarding this, they too send a Token ID. With this also I went to Bajaj Alliance Office...

fraud case

I had applied for Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain with provisional acknowledgement ref no 19527 dated 24/05/2007 of Rs 1,00,000.00(sum assured 10,00,000.00---doc 28/05/2007) with form no 86613183. (DD : 293664 drawn on PNB). But i recieved a policy no [protected] with opening balance of ony 10,000.00 and sume assured 1,00,00.00.00. Where exactly the rest 90,000.00vhave been ustilised by this bank (no idea!).

Fraud done by IC (Agent) of Bajaj Allianz

I have taken a life insurance policy from Bajaj Allianze two years back (Policy No. [protected]) from their IC(Agent) Mr. Santosh Chaudhary (IC code No. [protected]). The first premium was deposited by me at the time of taking policy (Rs. 20,000) in the year 2006. At the time of second premium i was posted in Joshimath (Badrinath) which is around 400 Kms. away from Dehradun, as a result it was impossible for me to deposit the premium myself....

Bajaj Allianz Accepts Claims

Having closed my claim. I would like to register a strong protest against the treatment provided to me from you Company.
I am listing down the complaints against you company -
1) My claim was registered on 31st January 2008. Despite repeted requests the car was looked upon only on 5th February. 6th Day from the registration day.

In Mar-2007 I had to go new home on rent due to sudden selling of my old house. NOT ISSUING POLICY

SIR,

BAJAJ ALLIANZ AGENT VISITED OUR HOME AND AFTER VERIFING ABOUT THE DETAILS I ISSUED HIM CHQ FOR RS 15000/- ION FAVOUR OF BALAJA ALLAIANZ AND THEN AFTER 2-3 DAYS HE RANGS ME UP AND SAYS THAT UR CHQ IS DISHONOURED AND THEN I VISTED MY BANK FOR CLARIFICATION THERE I FOUND THAT THE CHQ HAS BEEN ENCHASED ON 17/1/08.

THE COMPANY HAS MADE A FRAUD WITH ME.

power failure

Today I have visited Bajaj Allianz located in T.Nagar Chennai to pay my premium amount.
My policy number is [protected]. I have to get the receipt today as it is a part of my investment proof.
At T.Nagar branch the power was down, and I’m unable to get my receipt yet. The response from the staffs was not satisfactory.
As a very big Insurance company in the market can the branch office has a generator for back up?...

Bajaj Allianz never gives Travel Claims

I took a Oversees Policy from Bajaj Allianz. I was traveling from 12th October 2007 to 20th October 2007. My Policy Number was: OG[protected]-00017357.

While traveling I happened to meet an accident. Luckily no one was injured but there was damage to the “Rental Car”. I called up Bajaj Allianz Helpline and was told that if it is a rental car, my claims will be reimbursed under “Personal Liability”....
