Sir,
I couriered warranty claim section, Bajaj auto ltd, akurdi, pune against courier receipt number[protected], DTD 11.09.08, THRU YOUR FRANCHISE.

Sir the packet has not been delivered till date .

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between

Sir i am the loyal customer of Blazefash since last 2 years. but today's incident has buzzed our confidence. Can you please look into this case (Receipt number is already mentioned over and above.)

Sir the packet has not been delivered till date .

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details...
i have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi on dated 27 november 2008.bike duplicated no is hr51 5992.owner name is sh. jagdish prasad residence of h.no.1506, gali no-2 new baselwa colony old faridabad
after next day i faced following problem,
1.wiser loose
2.engine noise
3.self problem
4.handle vibrate in running condition
5.shocker leakage
i intimated nearest service station but i didnt get any response from them.so pls take some action and take it seriously.
INTRODUCTION OF COMPLIANTANT :-
I HAVE PURCHASE BAJAJ PULSAR 150 DTS-I ES ON DATED 9 JULY 2007 IN SARBANI MOTARS, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA). MY VEHICLE NO. IS MH-34-W-662.IN THE PRESENT TIME MY VEHICLE RUNNING IN 27700 KM.

COMPLAINT SUBJECT & COMMENTS :- 1) HANDLE VOUBLING & VIBRATING PROBLEM IN 58 TO 54 KMS. SPEED. THIS PROBLEM IN VEHICLE I SAY TO WORKSHOP, MANAGER & DEALER OF BAJAJ SHOWROOM, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA) LAST 3 MONTHS AGO. BUT BY AFTER CHEKING & DRIVING TEST OF VEHICLE THE CHEKER MEANS THE MECHANIC SAYS TO ME IN THIS VEHICLE HAVE A TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT PROBLEM. THEN I CHANGE THE TYRE & SEND COMLAINT FOR TYRE CLAIM IN DATE OF 17 NOV. 2008. BUT IN PRESENT THE TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT CLAIM IS NOT RETURN TO ME.

2) THEN THE DATE OF 15 DEC. 2008 AGAIN IN MY VEHICLE CREATE THE HANDLE VOUBLING & VIBRATING PROBLEM IN 58 TO 54 KMS. SPEED. THAT TIME AGAIN THIS PROBLEM IN VEHICLE I SAY TO WORKSHOP, MANAGER & DEALER OF BAJAJ SHOWROOM, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA). BUT BY AFTER CHEKING & DRIVING TEST OF VEHICLE THE CHEKER MEANS THE MECHANIC SAYS TO ME IN THIS VEHICLE HAVE A TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT PROBLEM. THEN AGAIN TIME I CHANGE THE TYRE & GIVE COMLAINT FOR TYRE CLAIM TO SHOWROOM IN DATE OF 20 DEC. 2008. BUT IN PRESENT THE TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT CLAIM REPORT COPY OR NOTE NOT GIVE ME. WHY ?

REQUEST :- I AM NOT SATISFIED FOR SERVICE OF BAJAJ AUTO DEALER SARBANI MOTARS SHOWROOM, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA). PLEASE READ MY COMLAINT CAREFULLY & HELP & SUGGEST FOR MY REQUEST. THANK YOU.

COMPLAINT POINTS :-

1) HANDLE VOUBLING & VIBRATING PROBLEM IN 58 TO 54 KMS. SPEED.
2) TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT CLAIM IS NOT RETURN.
3) ANOTHER TIME CREATE SAME PROBLEM IN MY VEHICLE THAT TIME AFTER CHEKING & TESTING OF VEHICLE I NOT GIVE THE REPORT COPY OF TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT .

WHY ?, WHY ?, & WHY ?... PLEASE SEND ME SATISFIED REPLY & HELP ME BY OUR HELP PROCEDURE BUT YOU CAN'T ANY HELP ME THEN AFTER I GO TO IN CONSUMER COURT.

    Hello,

    I gave my bike Bajaj Pulsar (MH - 02 - AX - 6635) for servicing on 24/10/08 at Sai Service Centre, Borivali East which was delievered to me on 25/10/08.
    I had mentioned on Job cut all the issues that I was facing of which some issues were cleared but some are pending and fortunately my bike started giving problems there itself. Some of the issues which were mentioned on the Job Cut and still not cleared are:
    1) Self Start issue.
    2) Seat rubber.

    The reason given by them not doing so were also great.
    For Seat Rubber I was told that they did not had this in stock unfortunately when I went to collect the bike it was 4:30 pm and by 5:30 the office would be closed and Self Start problem I am facing for a while for which I had mentioned in my previous Servicing and they don't have a reason now.

    The new issue which I am facing now is:
    1) Gear Changing while driving
    2) Bike giving some noice while driving (Something is loose somewhere)

    Incidently the second reason was highlighted to Amol who is the Head for sevicing in he asked one of the mechanic to have a look and that guys put paper packing near the speadometer and than he said it will work fine and this cannot be done...

    When I spoke to Amol regarding this he told me to come after Diwali and he should be in a position to repair it.

    I feel the Bonus given to Sai Service people is really great and everyone is looking forward to spend money in diwali at the cost of customer (CUST KE MAAR).

    I have not contacted Sai Service after this incident but will be doing as early as possible.

    Please look in to the matter.

    hello people,
    i m anand pagare ... i took bajaj pulsar 150 2 yrs back ... bike is workin fine ... but since the Service at Sai Service, Borivali East i have made ... they haven't done anythin in my bike they charged me around Rs 1500... for just washing the bike ...
    Bajaj Sai Service Borivali is pathetic.

    They simply asked me to finish the free services of my bike every 2 months and too bad I realized late that they finished the 4 free services within a year itself instead of 2 years.
    They have unskilled people and theirs working schedule is full . They focus on quantity of vehicles repaired.

    My real problem is :
    After 2nd servicing my vehicles front(display and light) kept on sagging as was not fixed tight. And I had to go two times to get it rectified even after 3rd service.
    In 3rd service they tried to set it right again and still this time the front number plate was fixed upside down. Stupid sai service wala.
    I had to go again to get it rectified.
    It was only in the 4th service when i logged a serious complain and made a hoola that they made a right fix.
    I am searching for another service centre near borivali.
    i had the same problem as alnico
    i feel that yash automobiles at borivali west - near don bosco is good

    Hello,

    I have Bajaj Avenger, MH-02-BL-4984, for which the fuel tank cover with lock was jammed and i have ordered for a new one on 11th May 2011 and till today it has not arrived. Whenever i call your store which is located at Borivali - E ph no.[protected], i always get an answer that it is coming and it will here in two to three days.I am seriously concerened about the service in today's competitive world.I wish if you could help me on an urgent basis or else I have to wait with no option left.

    My bike make excessive noise from rear chain sprocket. and i brought to service to bajaj service centre( KAVI BAJAI, TRICHY). But still it's making noise. Please consider my complaints, otherwise i'll approach to consumer court.

    I am not able to switch on the Induction cooker. As I switch it on, the MCB goes off.

      they UTKAL AUTOMOBILES had supplied us a bajaj wave but from the starting date it gives us problem in starting and nevertheless it is been headache for us they regularly charged us[protected] in every servicing for more then 6-7 times, but then also there is no rectification on the problem, , , kindly do the needful

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Sub:- NOC Still not recd since 3 months

        The mail in on behalf of my Father Mr.P.Sudershan Rao.

        Pls note that we have cleared the loan against the 2 wheeler vehicle bearing number AP 23 H 6644..there where few bank confirmation awaited in there system for which we have submitted our bank satatment where the money have been debited against the given cheques!! In the month of June itself the complete loan is cleared.

        We have contacted the office at Tarnaka-HYD and spoke to Mr.Srinivas to arrange for the NOC and he Promised it will be arranged.But till date there is no response from there end!!

        Hights of Bajaj Customer service is that no one in the office there lifts the Phones ... every time to know the status .. we have to go personally 70KM up and down.

        Request you to pls check this immdly and give us a solution..

        Am ready to get that.Only bad thing is your company issuing NOC was not good am telling through my personal experience only.Because of still you did not give NOC. May 2007 my purchased bajaj platina through bajaj finance in Karaikudi in Tamil nadu and proposal number was 55171.He completed all the dues.At the time your officials make delay to give RC original after the long time only they hand over the original but still they don't give the NOC.We approached concerned office many times through directly, calls, and letters but no use.Still my bike is hypothecated to bajaj auto finance.How can i get NOC?.

        Yours organisation working style like that then how can i return to you for my next purchase.

          Dear Sir,

          હું ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના મહેસાણા શહેરમાં રહું છું. બીજી ઓક્ટોબર 2006ના રોજ મેં મહેસાણાના ગુડલક બજાજ શો-રૂમમાંથી બજાજ પ્લેટીના બાઈક (GJ-2-AH-6278) ખરીદ્યું હતું. આ બાઈક ખરીદતી વખતે મેં આપની બજાજ ફાયનાન્સ કંપનીની લોન લીધી હતી. જેની કાર્યવાહી આ જ શો-રૂમમાં આવેલી આપની કચેરીમાંથી કરી હતી.
          બે વર્ષ સુધી મારે ચૂકવવાના થતા હપ્તા મેં હંમેશાં સમયસર ચૂકવ્યા છે. એક પણ વખત મારો ચેક બાઉન્સ થયો નથી કે હપ્તો ચૂકવવામાં કોઈ વિક્ષેપ પડ્યો નથી.
          મારો છેલ્લો હપ્તો ઓક્ટોબર 2008માં ચૂકવાઈ ગયો છે.
          છતાં પણ લોનની રકમ પૂરેપૂરી ચૂકવાઈ ગઈ છે કે કેમ?, લોનની રકમ ચૂકવાઈ ગયા બાદ હવે મારે મારા બાઈકની પાસબુક તથા NOC મેળવવા શું કાર્યવાહી કરવી પડશે અને ક્યારે મળશે? વગેરે પ્રશ્નો મારા મનમાં ઉદભવ્યા હતા.
          જેની માહિતી તથા યોગ્ય માર્ગદર્શન મેળવવા હું[protected]ના રોજ ગુડલક બજાજ - મહેસાણા સ્થિત આપની ઓફિસે ગયો હતો..
          હું ત્યાં ગયો ત્યારે આપની કચેરીમાં કોઈ જ વ્યક્તિ હાજર ન હોઈ મેં પૂછપરછ કરતાં મને જાણવા મળ્યું કે તેઓ ક્યારે આવે તેનું કંઈ જ નક્કી નહીં. કદાચ એકાદ-બે કલાકમાં આવશે!.
          જેથી હું આપની કચેરીના કોઈ જવાબદાર વ્યક્તિ આવે તેની રાહ જોઈને ત્યાં બેસી રહ્યો. અડધો કલાક બાદ ત્રણેક વ્યક્તિ આવ્યા અને તેમણે હું કેમ ત્યાં બેઠો છું તે પૂછવાની કે જાણવાની દરકાર પણ ન કરી અને હપ્તા ભરવાનું ચૂકી ગયેલા એક વ્યક્તિના નાણાં સ્વીકારવામાં તેમજ કમ્પ્યુટર ઉપર ગેમ રમવા જેવા કામોમાં વ્યસ્ત થઈ ગયા હતા.
          મેં તેમને મારા બાઈકની લોનના સ્ટેટસ વિશે જાણવા પૂછપરછ કરતાં તેમણે ઉદ્ધત જવાબો આપીને સ્પષ્ટ શબ્દોમાં જણાવી દીધું કે, એ માટે તમે અમારી અમદાવાદ ઓફિસનો સંપર્ક કરો અથવા તો ટોલ-ફ્રી નંબર ઉપર વાત કરો. અમારી આ ઓફિસમાંથી આ બાબતની કોઈ જાણકારી મળી શકે નહીં. જેથી મેં આ ઓફિસની દિવાલ ઉપર લખેલા તમારી અમદાવાદ કચેરીનો નંબર મારા મોબાઈલ પરથી ડાયલ કરતાં કોઈ રિસીવ કરતું નહોતું. ટોલ-ફ્રી નંબર પણ લાગતો નહોતો.. સતત દોઢેક કલાક સુધી બંને નંબરો ડાયલ કરવા છતાં કોઈ સંપર્ક થઈ શક્યો નહોતો.. આ જ પ્રમાણે મારી હાજરીમાં આવેલા અન્ય બે-ત્રણ ગ્રાહકો સાથે પણ આવું જ વર્તન થયું હતું.

          આપની પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કંપની માટે આ કેટલી હદે યોગ્ય છે?

          જો આપ સાહેબ આ બાબતે ગ્રાહકના રૂપમાં આવીને ઓચિંતી તપાસ હાથ ધરશો તો તમને જાણ થશે કે આ જગ્યાએ બેસેલા લોકોના બેજવાબદારી ભર્યા વર્તનથી આપની કંપનીની શાખને કેટલું નુકસાન પહોંચી રહ્યું છે.

          મારા બાઈકની પાસબુક અને NOC મને કઈ રીતે અને ક્યારે મળી શકે તે બાબતે પણ જાણ કરવા વિનંતી છે.

          (I have been bought a bajaj platina bike from your dealer of Mehsana (GoodLuck) on 2nd Octomber, 2006.

          I bought this bike (GJ-2-AH-6278) whith loan of bajaj finance ltd. at this showroom.

          My all EMI is paid regularly. After last EMI is paid I was gone to your local branch (at Goodluck bajaj Mehsana) on[protected]. There is no any person to here me. Someone tell me, they are not regular presents, after half hour they come.

          I ask them for my loan status. They reply 'You have to contact Ahmedabad office or tollfree number'. It is not possible from here & we are not responsible for it.

          I was very much shocked.

          Now how can I know about the process after my loan is paid completely, when I got my bike’s passbook & NOC?.

          Your mehsana office is for only recovery?

          If every customer is treated like this what will happen to your company's Goodwill.)

            We had puchased Bajaj XCD in october 2007. Official you lanuch the bike 109 kmpl But i am getting only 40-50 kmpl and regulary i am getting problem with engine side. In second serviceing i give a complet to our center they salving this problem again fourth serviceing give complat to them, recently i.e, six serviceing i put complet regarding above, still the problem was showing what is reason.

            I AM GETTING 72 KMPL ON HIGHWAYS AND 62-65 KMPL IN CITY. MY AVERAGE RIDING SPEED IS 35-45 KMPH. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH XCD 125, BUT BAJAJ SERVICING CENTRE' TECHENECIANS ARE NOT GIVEING US BETTER SERVICING. I AM EXPECTING MORE MILEAGE (BAJAJ CLAIMS 109 KMPL)

              sir,

              i bay bajaj pulser 150cc on 03/09/2008 at veeraa bikes, no.75, GNT road, gummdipundi, Tamil Nadu-601201.

              ON 22/10/2008 evening self starter and all lights are not working, So i went to serivce station(veeraa bikes), they said" light coil failure. before it self warnty for this coil is given now no warnty for this coil.So you should pay RS1800 for this."

              But i am not accepting to pay money. So they make a call to main dealer in chennai. To take with me, t he chennai said " i will give reply tommorow". Now i am waiting for reply.

              But i want know clear definition about warnty and quick fail of coil if any problem in design. Please give a clear definition.

                I Mahesh kumar Sharma bought a Bajaj Pulser 150cc DTSI DL-8SAC-8287 from Gautam Motors on 4th of October, 2006. I have paid Rs.32, 637 in cash and 8 post dated cheques of Rs. 3, 750 to Bajaj Auto Finance. but till date I have not received NOC (No Objection Certificate) for my Motorcycle. I have also send an ordinary letter to Bajaj Auto Finance on[protected] but I have not received any information from your side. So, I remind you tp send my NOC and take necessary action within 15 days and informe me otherwise I will file a complaint agasinst you in consumer Fourm if I will not get any response from your side so its my humble request please take necessary action in favour of my complaint.

                On 05 Dec 09, I have gone to locall office at Sankarmatham Branch, Vishakapatnam. The concerned person was not there. I was told that, the branch will intimate me, regarding the progress, on next working day. But till now no intimation has been done.

                  NOC not being issued
                  I am in need of an urgent help from Bajaj Finance. I had taken my Pulsar 150 from Auto India, Madhavnagar road, Sangli, Maharashtra, INDIA, . There was a loan from Bajaj Finance. The thing is that I haven’t received any NOC when I closed the loan. Now I have already sold the bike and when that guy tried to change the documents into his name, he is facing problems as this loan thing is there in the RC book. I need the NOC for the completion of loan from Bajaj Finance so that I can send it to the guy who bought the bike.

                    My self Amit Dabi .I have purchased a bajaj pulsar 180cc from menashree Automobile dewas. Just after 1st servicing my bike engine sound was not smooth.I have complain about these to the workshop they told me that crank was broken and they replaced it but still bike sound was very poor. Even Disc brake was also having some noise.

                      I have Bajaj Caliber (2004) which is under servicing at Bajaj Service station since last four days.

                      Everyday i enquire for my bike service manager gives me same answer about the unavilability of particuler spear part.as i am working in MArketing field travelling is integral part of my work so i am spending almost Rs.300/- just on auto.

                      Bajaj Really have pathatic in spear parts avaliability and servicing.
                      I woulsd not suggest anybody to go for Bajaj henceforth...

                          MANUFACTURING DEFECT/ POOR SERVICE
                          I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from S.K. Auto - Vashi, in 2002
                          From the first day of purchase of my bike, there was a gear shifting problem & a wiring issue in my bike, (MH 04 BJ 586)
                          I complaint to the dealer regarding the issue, they replied its a manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 180 CC pulsar. they reffered to as a general issue and didnt get the matter solved neither reffered by a tech.
                          from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is given till date.
                          I also called to the area service incharge of BAJAJ AUTO Mr. Sharad Chitale, (Akurdi ) plant, and Chakan Plant, but nothing happened except that problem worsened up day by day.
                          Each time i give the bike for service, they just do some hotch potch stuff and get it back to me saying that everything is alright. they believe in replacing parts time and often, in fact the original issue is not at all reffered to and solved.
                          there is no person from the Bajaj to resolve the issue and answer my query.
                          Now a new issue has arisn, there is a dearth of spares @ the Sanpada shop where the auth. service center ( SK Auto is situated).
                          I am ready to take the Bike to Pune to get it repaired and fixed forever. I love my bike and i am repenting it of having a BAJAJ logo.

                          BAJAJ PULSAR 180 CC — No more Spares Available

                          I am having Pulasr 180cc purchased on 4th October 1996.

                          From past 2 months there is some problem in my Bike regarding the Engine.

                          I am continously following SUMAN AUTO, NOIDA for the repairing of my Bike.

                          But, I am not getting any positive response from them.
                          Also, from last 1 week my bike is there in their workshop and they people are continously saying that the part is not available.

                          Now it becomes a major problem for me to commute without Bike.

                          I think through this Forum I will definately get any help.

                          I'm Srinivas from Chennai, T.Nagar. I had 2007 model Pulsar 150CC. Purchased in Jai Autos, Gandhi Nagar - Chennai. My bike having gear box and engine problem from the day 1 purchased. Gears are not shifting well, due to this engine not running. I'm able recognize engine shake with my left leg while driving.
                          At signals I have to very care while shifting gears. It's completed all the free services at JAI Autos, Kasturibai nagar - Chennai. I' have complained each time. But they didn't do well and Supervisor (Head of service centre) tried to convince my self. I'm waiting for 4 months to give my vehicle in a good servicing centre. Now also I'm having same engine, gear box problems. It's getting screwed. This is the right time go for a service. Due to bad roads now, both the wheels got bended little bit. Please... please... advice me whom (authorized servicing centre or local mechanics). If an authorized servicing centre can be trusted means, where can I give? Otherwise I have to find a good local guy...

                                i buy a bajaj xcd bike but there was oil lakage from the engine bolt hole . within 4 days i told this to sarbani motors chandrapur (from whom i buyed my bike). i did the servicing two times but they did not solved the problem and opened the gasket ring of engine and charged me some rupees to me which should be free . i told them before if this time they cannot repair it they should change the engine they said no so i have to launch a complaint. fed up of this bike and sour service. i thought to exchange the bike with tvs flame bike but when the tvs dealer asked on mobile about the exchange price for the bike the head at bajaj asked what is the no, the tvs dealer said no is difficult to read then he asked, what is the colour, and how many days is the bike old, then he said just 30 thousand i got shocked. then i thought they are not going to replace engine neither can they repair it because they also said that we will fit bolt over that hole with rubber grip

                                but question is there could be a crack or unwanted hole on the inside of engine so this should be replaced .
                                also my bike was returning low mileage of 65 i said to increase the average they charged 56 Rs for average setting now the bike i think returns the same 65-70 so in this way i m suffering ...

                                  Mere pass 1 sal se bajaj platina he lekin last (aakhari) service k bad averege bigad gai he use se pehle mere bike ki averege 75 km se jyada thi. me kai bar service center me complain ki lekin kuchh fark nahi pad rahe he.

                                  my name is raju sharma. i have purchased wagon r thru finance sheme from lovely autos on 28/03/11.about bank formality sale executive told me to purchase affidavit rs 450 and six cheques only . they even took money for affidavit. but after two days he told me to do the bank work at your own. however when i visited the bank bank official told first you ve to open up an account at our bank . iam so much harassed. as i was not told clearly in the beginning it self. pl take such a strict action against the sales executive so that other custmers ane not suffered.

                                    I had purchased a Bajaj Pulsar Bike(150 cc) in the month of May, 2008(RC No./Bike No :DL6sZ7222 ) from Bagga Link, Karol Bagh Delhi.Its been financed by Bajaj Auto Finance.

                                    The loan has been paid in full long back.
                                    I have to sell my bike for which the NOC certificate is needed urgently.

                                    I have talked to Bagga Link officials so many times but nobody is taking interest. One of the person gave me Bajaj auto finance Contact No : 32413312. I have tried this number 100 of times but either this number is switched off or no body picks up.

                                    The NOC letter/certificate can be mailed on my mail id

                                    I had completed my installments, and now when i reached to the gurgaon auto finance office to ask for NOC, they said that i need to goto the same barnch from where I purchased. and then he said boss please leave

                                    "MERI SUBAH KHARAB MAT KARO" his name is Mr. Jain.

                                    He is the worst man or account officer i have ever met in my entire life.

                                    I am looking to get my NOC and now they say that i have a balance of 472 when i asked for what, then they said they they renewed my insurance policy, and i even didn't get any phone call that they did so, however i have one more insurance policy with same bajaj allianz and they allianz never told me that there is already a insurance poliy already running on this chasis number. I don't when asking for NOC why they are coming up with diffrent,

                                    Is this the way BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE works, and this is how it earns profit.

                                    This is not fair.

                                    If they renewed my insurance policy then why they even not bothered to call me once.
                                    when I called baja auto suman from where i purchased the bike they asked me to get the policy renewed from allianz.

                                    who's fault is this and then why i am suffering. I know why I am suffering becasue I am consumer of bajaj

                                    believe me i was the person to encorage my 6 room partners to get the bajaj bike as i was in a intention that bajaj has a really good service. however this is the worst where a company can fall.

                                    Why Mr. jain who sit in sector-14 branch is ruining the name of bajaj. please get that man out if you want to increase your work in this crisis of economy.

                                      i have two main issues with bajaj service. my issue is quit long. but take patience to read it. i initially has made my mind to buy Honda unicorn. but only because the name of good service from bajaj i had opted to buy bajaj discover. but only after buying i regret for my wrong decision.
                                      i initially went and inquired about the discover features their service was overwhelming and great. after making my mind to buy discover i again went once to recheck the features of new model. that time the sales executive insisted me to pay a 1000rupees advance so that i get my bike soon. and all this was to just fix me in their store and make sure they wont let this fish escape.

                                      while buying we spoke to manager and he spoke very nicely and when we asked for some free gifts he assured me a gift of a extended warranty for my bike. and i was very happy to know it.

                                      after all this i went and paid the cash as said by the branch manager and we went home. after this disaster stuck.
                                      only after the purchase of bike they started dodging me. after the purchase when we returned home and checked the invoice with the cash receipt i found that he has charged me 51rupees extra from the invoice rate. and when i asked about this they dodged me for about 10days and finally agreed to pay me 51 rupees by check. funny right? check for 51 rupees. the manager said that he will send me in courier. but all that was a lie.

                                      initially he promised me a free gift of a extended warranty book. and later i found even that was also a lie just to fool the customers? what do they think of their customers?are we from remote village buying his bike without knowing anything?

                                      while he was speaking with us about the extended warranty book we believed him and so we dint think of insisting him to write it down in the file. being such a large management who will expect such cheaters to be in such responsible position. after buying the bike when i asked about the extended warranty book he just plainly denied saying that it has not been mentioned in the file and he cant give it. when he was speaking to us we had one of our friend from our side and one of the sales executive of his branch near us.

                                      when he has no idea if giving it he must not have made such a promise. my point here is i am not arguing for the warranty book. why do they cheat us and try to fool us? are they trying to prove that they are more intelligent than us? and we are fools?
                                      why does bajaj keeps such cheap people to do business with people? its a shame.
                                      my very first point of expecting a good customer service has went meaning less. i feel cheated now.

                                      they have not given me my 51rupees and extended warranty book they promised. worst of the cheats i have ever seen of this kind. that too a person in a responsible position of a manager.

                                        I bought a bajaj xcd 125 cc, self start on 1 si week of may 2008.But from the begining itself i am getting problem in battery, mileage, head light...after so many req they tried to solve that problem but they never done it correctly and till i am getting the same problem...and as an employee it is not possible for me to go the service station on week days but whenever i went to the service room they used to refuse it to do on saturday as it is not weekdays and they clearly told that it is not possible for them to do it on saturday...as per their comment i took leave from my office on 7/10/08 and i went ot the show room and checked it and told me that they have solve all the problem but when i started riding after sometime i got to know that nothing has been done...they are playing with me and i am wasting my time...last night because of this problem i met an accident and could be serious but god saved me ...now i am totally frustrated and i planned to stop my emi which has been fixed with Bajaj finance..and if they want to take my bike from me i wiil not stop them also as it is be with me or not it will not affect me as i cant use this bike wih so many problem.service station name is-khivraj motors, banaswadi, bangalore-43.my vechile no is-KA-03, HC-1177
