On[protected], I purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 Disc from Mr. Punish Bansal authorised person at Gidderbaha Mandi of M/s ananya automobiles Sri Muktsar Sahib.All payments are transfer to Above said dealer accounts with the understanding that the Registration Certificate (RC) and insurance papers would be promptly provided. Regrettably, despite numerous reminders and assurances, I have yet to receive these crucial documents.
Moreover, I made the necessary deposit to the bank as per the loan's instructions, expecting a seamless process. However, the delay in receiving the RC and insurance papers has caused undue inconvenience and uncertainty regarding the legality of my vehicle's operation.
I implore your urgent intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring the expeditious issuance of the RC and insurance papers. Furthermore, I request transparency regarding the status of my documents and a clear timeline for their delivery.
