Fraudulent schemes by BAFL

I have purchased one washing machine from local vendor from GANDHINAGAR through BAFL, I have been informed that there is a option to avail additinal one year warranty maintenaind by BAFL and for that I have to pay some more amount which will be considered in EMI.

The pruchase was made during the NOV 08 and we have paid all the dues including this fraudlant schema but till date we have not found any document, proof of covering...

defective two wheeler

I have purchased Bajaj Kristal two wheeler on 16th August 2008. It is giving lot of repairs for every 2 days. I have spent more than 6 to 7 thousands in 1 month for repairs. The guarantee given for this bike is 2 years with in that only i am getting so many repairs. every time showroom people are taking more than 1 month to get it repaired as they are telling the production of this bike is stopped and they do not have spare parts of this...

I have paid my every installment .but They phone me & say your one EMI is due .
They send me massage if I dont pay the amount then ,they will take legal action.

I had availed a motor finance loan for an amount of Rs.47200/- (forty thousand and two hundred) only from your Kottayam Branch Office by creating a hire purchase agreement with Bajaj Auto Finances LTD Pune for a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL6 D 4495.

R/sir,
I ( k k tiwari) purchased a Samsung referigerator with the help of Bajaj finance on 12th march 2008 under the scheme of 10 EMIs+2EMIs in advance.and i have paid all the EMIs in time and completed this loan in the month of jan-09 inspite of that i m not getting NOC from Bajajauto finance
here i would like to request you that kindly take disceplinary action against Bajaj auto so that they can not do such type of frauds...

Dear Sir ,

I am recieving threatening SMS on Mobile Number [protected] for the last 6 months that an amount of Rs. 2000(every month) is overdue for Loan A/c NO. 5810CD00000120 as they are specifying that I have purchased a SONY HANDY CAMERA in feb 2009.

Penalty imposed without any information and without my any fault

I was taken a consumer loan from the Baja Auto Finance ltd on 23-05-08 against a Laptop Purchase (Loand Account No. 305316), the company people said the ECS will come for the clearance on every month 15th, in the first month ECS ie 15-06-08 was not cleared from account, then i was unble to find the customer contact number but i put mail to them reg. same, in the next month also the same was happend, after that i got a call from the collection...

Provident fund withdrawal

I have resigned from BAFL in April 2008 and paid the amount towards full & final settlement in March 2009 and sent my PF withdrawl form as well.

I got full & Final settlement letter on 13th May 2009 but PF withdrawl is still pending.

Discripancy of the Monthly Instalments

Madam / Sir,

I had purchased a Bajaj Platina Bike (GJ-3 BP 2428) by financing with Bajaj Auto Financial Limited of Rajarshree Bajaj, Nirmala Convent Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. in June 2007. But I closed that loan in the the month of March 2009 and got the NOC from Gondal Road Bajaj Finance office and also sold that bike at Baroda, Gujarat. Because for the selling of Bike NOC and R.C Book is essential for R.T.O. office....
