complaint regarding pressure cooker

I have bajaj black metal pressure cooker with which we found that our dals were getting black while cooking. Being a brand name we were not in doubt for the cooker quality and were regularly blaming to our cook for using wrong spices which were making food blackish.. faulty bajaj edge ceiling fan

At the first place the food processor is of C grade in the span of 10 months the food processor has been repaired three times even the motor has been replaced. my last complaint which has been lodged around 20 days back has not been resolved till date. A stock piece of bajaj elx10 was found broken i called customer care ([protected]-[protected]) but they said to me that the complaint will not be registered.
Today i called sarita sales-dhanbad, jharkhand.

my bajaj majesty otg oven

My newly bought oven blasted after 3 uses...!! The rod inside the oven broke into 2. Since the oven was in warranty, i called technicians who did not touch the oven at all, let alone repair it. I requested to repair the remaining 2 rods as well, but the complaints officer spoke on the phone sayin, yes, he will get it done after which the techs never turned up.
