Dear Sir,
Subject: Amount showing in CIBIL REPORT as outstanding in respect of Digital Product Finance vide Loan A/c Number 498DPF75338087 to the tune of Rs 5, 555/- whereas the entire amount have been repaid in full
With reference to the captioned subject the undesigned most humbly and respectfully would like to bring into your kind consideration and necessary perusal that an amount to the tune of Rs 5, 555/- is showing as pending towards Digital Product Finance vide Loan A/c Number 498DPF75338087. The aforesaid loan was to the tune of Rs 9, 723/- payable in 7 EMI to the tune of Rs 1, 389/- On perusal of the CIBIL Report it is apparent that only 3 EMI are showing as paid i.e EMI paid on 02/07/2018, 02/08/2018 and 02/09/2018 whereas the undersigned have cleared all the EMI’s ending on 02/01/2019.
The SOA Statement downloaded from Bajaj Finserv are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
You are requested to update MY CIBIL showing no dues pending in connection with the aforesaid loan and issue a no dues certificate to the undersigned.
It is pertaining to note that the undersigned have been regular in repayment of all the loans taken from Bajaj since 2014. Even the undersigned have not taken EMI Monitoroum during the COVID period.
The error in reporting in CIBIL have caused hardship to the undersigned
