i'm complaining about unethical behavior

I purchased a mobile phone from Yellow Mobiles in Kollapur Mandal on 1/12/24 through Bajaj Finance. The issue now is that even though I have paid two EMIs on time, they have blocked some of the data and functionalities on my mobile. Before purchasing, they informed me that the mobile would have a Bajaj Finance lock system and that they have the right to block the mobile if EMIs are not paid on time. Dear Sir

Loan number: P401DBL0759190, Our loan is fully paid. We have been chasing Bajaj FinServ team for NOC Letter for over two months now.

Bajaj FinServ complaint number: SR[protected]

Now Bajaj FinServ team is demanding us to pay Annual maintenance - INR3341/-. WHICH IS NOT APPLICABLE ONCE THE LOAN AMOUNT IS FULLY PAID.

Bajaj Flexi loan emi deducted although amount is not used

I have applied for Flexi Loan - OD with Bajaj. When I last gave my consent over email subject to telephonic discussion with Bajaj they told me that refund will be given till the last day they have charged the interest. With out my concern debit Rs. 14476 amount for Insurance & card protection plan for personal loan

As I had got call from Bajaj Finserv Agent related to pre approved loan (Rs. 1, 57, 000/-). After post confirmation of documentation they did deposited only (Rs. 1, 42, 624) .
Bajaj Finserv charges for processing fees - Rs 5966/-, CPP LIV Assist deduct -Rs 2999/-, Health insurance- Rs 5411/-, And Annual EMI card fees also deducted.
Now the point is that during my conversation with Bajaj finserv...

Mailed status to Nodal Officer, today Collection Agent threatened my father over mobile.

A collection agent from Bajajfinserv from mobile number [protected] around 6.30 pm (True caller shoiwng name - Suresh IT) called my father and threatened and he get panic.

May I know whether he is really a Bajaj FinServ staff or local gundas using for Collection.

I have sent my status and was properly dealt by my Advocate for more than a year.

This is not a first time, this is routinely happening....
