Dear Sir,

I had purchased an item from flipkart using Bajaj emi card. Loan ID: 436ECFIY846995.

02.03.2023 was the last emi payment date, i paid it in the morning via UPI ( transaction id: S7620622).

And after some time i got a message saying that the emi payment got auto debited from my account.(transaction id: S[protected].

PLEASE INITIATE A REFUND FOR THE WRONGLY DEDUCTED AMOUNT OF 9049.

Hello my name is snehal. My emi in bajaj finserv got deducted twice for the same amount on the same date for the same month.
And there was not any update on your bajaj finserv app regarding this double deducted qmount from my account pls look into this bajaj finserv

Bajaj finser recover officers rech my home and miss behave, miss wording and insult my family... Please action in this complain immediately and wrong Commenenment in my family members...

Bajaj Finserv Sale's employee calling me, that time I am sleeping. I pick the call and told please leave, he started abusing on phone call. Many time i call to this person but he didn't pick the call. Because everyday 5 to 6 phone calls come from bajaj Sale's department. I think this is routine promotion call. Sales Employee mobile no [protected].

I was told that there will be no processing charge, hidden charges or flexi pay and same was confirmed over email, whats app chat and recordings as well but still the amount is getting deducted from my account.
I tried complaining to Greviance team then they refunded only processing fee and regarding the rest other charges they denied by saying they can’t process even though I have shared the recording in which executive clearly mentioned that all the charges will be zero. This fraud was done by sales team which is highly depressing. I am being charged for which I didnot even take any money from Bajaj.

When the rule is there that no financial issues related harrasment or threatening should not be there these culture less people are just proving that the law and our judiciary are just for name sake and doing there daylight threatening abusing and behaving like goons

This should put to an end no matter what because these kind of creepy ### doesn't know how to talk to women's also Seriously +[protected] this is the no of that criminal who doesn't know the moral knowledge of how to talk and behave to women's also and the worst thing is the person doesn't have any relationship or commitment with the Bajaj people What the ### is this definitely going to give complaint against this b### who spoke in that number as well as to the concern people who is behind this false information and unwantedly and intentionally torturing even after telling the person doesn't have any commitments with this financial thing or the person who took the emi
So how dare that creepy guy will torture an innocent person and want to know how the no got in these culture less people in what rights
C even if it's the case of someone's mom .wife or sister These kind of creepy people are calling and going to home who is responsible for the safety of the women when they don't know how to talk how they will behave no one can guess such a shame and it's challenging the law and our judiciary

I am not at all a bajaj CUSTOMER.all of sudden getting calls from bajaj shameless, mannerless, ###, fellow for recovery of product from croma which i am least aware of.hes just whats apping, calling from different nos, saying tht i am a wife ofthat person who purchased product.
I hav abused him in written and asked for details, like who hes or what hes talking bout...but without even knowing my name n details hes just kpt on abusing n threatening.I hav never ever purchased or took any kind of LOAN from this shameless people.My son my om was shocked to hear all those abusive words.
After a search on google i complaint in bajaj CUSTOMER CARE but a very pathetic response i got in return saying tht manager will get back to u for resolution.
I am really pissed off with this activity of such nonsense thing.
What they think first of all without concerned persons docs, signature..etc how can they sanction any products n then got the rights also to abuse a woman.I am really thinking to put up all these in front of social media for this illegal act.do they recover or talk like this to their families also.
Without proper details who gives authorities to them.I really want this guy to b thrown out of companies.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of bank of baroda without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.

I have paid my 2 EMI's earlier than the due date i.e on 1st of Feb, 2023. Due date is on 2nd of Every month. But i have been deducted an amount of 590 as bouce fees for each EMI. Total of 1180. This is been deducted by ICICI bank on behalf of Bajaj finserv as they did'nt find emi amount on 2nd Feb, 2023.
Bajaj finserv has suggested to pay the emi at the earliest, due to that i had to pay 1 day earlier. And now facing the issues of Bouce fee as well for early payment of EMI. When i asked to Bajaj finserv on this they took 1 week time and refunded an amount of only 295 rupees.
I request the Consumer Complaint forum to look into this issue and see that i get my full refund. thank you.

Rs 117 keeps on getting deducted from my account every year undrr transaction details as BAJAJ EMI-10CD17720208NS001 without any prior consent. This needs to be stopped with immediate effect and the amount should be refunded to my account asap.

I would like to terminate any open services I may have on my account from Bajaj finance.

Hi my name is Aman Sharma on 16 Feb. 2023 Bajaj Finance Ltd. Deduct Rs. 117 from my SBI account. I really don't know why they deduct that amount.
The transaction shows -CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD.Bajaj Finance Ltd. please resolved my issue and return back my amount.

I was checking my CIBIL today and found that Bajaj Finserv has given a wrong info to the CIBIL that i have taken a Two wheeler Loan from them and not done the payment.
Account Number showing in my CIBIL, L2WMOR04089617
I have never took a two wheeler loan from them, Neither i have a two wheeler, dont know how come they have given this wrong info to them.
I request you to please get this resolved. it is affecting my CIBIL.

This is to inform you that my emi got bounced due to the reason I have changed my job so my salary date also changed from 1st to 10th, I got several calls from your agent and i have informed them that i will pay on 10th, but I am getting random harassment calls and WhatsApp msg from different people and organisations who are not even working with Bajaj finance. They want me to send money on their link or UPI.
As per my concern my personal data has been breached from bajaj finance so I am getting harassment call, and they have registered my number to many apps and I am getting continuosly OTP and calls to give money, soi have decided to take a legal action against bajaj finance for breaching personal information to other organisations for some sort of money, it's against law to share personal to other. Please take legal action against this agency

I frequently get messages and calls from Bajaj Finserv to apply for the credit cards. I have not subscribed to this and I need help as I am disturbed by this. Calls come at random hours and every time I block the numbers I get a call from a different number.

I have taken overdraft from bajaj finserve, They have never mentioned that there is a AMC charges on overdraft. When I checked yesterday there was amount 3781 deducted by bajaj. I complained to ICICI bank and Bajaj finserve

Later on they sent an email this is an AMC amount. When I captured the hidden deducted now they are telling this a charges. Then Why did not they informed this charges before. I have requested...

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, I totally don't understand these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Kindly refund my debited amount of rs. 117 for the last 5 years at the earliest.

I have 3 loans, two is consumer durable loans and one is personal loan on this two consumer durable loans foreclosed on 31st jan 2023, and one more personal loan i payed advance emi of feb month on the same day and it is reflected in application also but today again all 3 emi were deducted from the account i need refund of this deducted amount asap details as follows

1. Account number
404ECFIA894829 ( refrigerator loan) amounted 22490/- all settled on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 1875rs)

2.Account Number
404ECFIY849834 (poco mobile) amounted 17028/-all settled on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 2838rs)

3.Account Number
404PLCHE129489 (personal loan ) amounted 112000/- advance emi paid on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 4879rs)

I need this money for some medical reason but they deducted I want refund of this amount very urgently
