Bajaj finserv has provided loan using my pan card number.
My cibil score has reduced from 800 to 600.
The fraud loan person has not paid amount.

Other finance companies are not providing me home loan because of this. This is un-necessary harassment caused to me as my builder has raised a demand and my finance company is not able to disperse the loan due to cibil issues. I am behind bajaj finserv to resolve this issue leaving my office behind.
After talking to bajaj it has come to my notice that the person who has taken loan is absconding and the person from bajaj (Or bajaj agent) who has provided the loan is also absconding.
I am planning now to take this to facebook and file fir and other media through my channels.
I have attached the document for open of the fraud accounts
What i require from bajaj finserv
1. Quick resolution on this fraud account
2. Updation of my cibil details to remove these loan accounts
3. Updating of my cibil score to previous score which was there before these two loans were taken.
4. Apart from this i would require a compensation of the harressement i am facing due to inability of bajaj finance to monitor the fraud and causing unnecessary problems to general public.
