Hi, I am gopal Chakraborty. I bought one oppo phone on 21/05/2019. on my first emi i surprised that rs 349 extra deducting from my account. when quired i came to know that its for digital phone safe. i contacted many time with bajaj finserv. they told me to contact cpp. and cpp people told me to conract bajaj. i am confused.

I have applied for elite emi card as the customer executive told. I paid the amount through mobikwik app the amount got successfully debited 3 months ago but i didn't got the card yet. And whenever i call on customer service they give a new number every time but never solved the issue
