today, irs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my j&k saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

I expect the amount to be credited to my j&k account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

One mg my wts app and email no your loan approval 2300000 by Bajaj finserv processing charge payment 6000 rs paid than ur loan transfer your acct . I m pay than email new mg Rbi hold payment due to 2 % GST and tax pay total laon. Paying amount is 46000 . Than further process also new mail payment hold by government NOC charge 9 % total 2, 70000 paid for acct. But amount is higher than I m she not pay this amount. He she 50 percentage amount pay . I m pay 48000 pay amount is 1.35000. but my per day phone pay and bank account limit is 1 lac rs . Complete 1 lac rs going to online fraud. All mail and this send bank details and fake id and adhar. An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my father’s savings account of axis bank without any information. We don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance.card expiry date is 02/27 . I dont know the reason for the deduction.I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Hi,
I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

kindly refund my amount ASAP.

Please note had purchased a mobile in Nov 2019 through 6 month Emi option given by Bajaj Finserv and my last emi was deducted from my bank account in May 2020.
After completion of my emi in May they have deducted 117 from my account in Nov that too without my authorization.How can anyone deduct money from the account without proper authorisation.I had been purchasing house hold appliances using Bajaj since years and this practise has really broken my trust in Bajaj.I would want my money to be refunded asap as this is clear case of cheating.

I had taken two loan in Bajaj finserve . Those 2 loans were completed in August 2020. After that they charged 295 Rs consecutively for 4 TIMES as Mandate fail charge txn with some dates. So totally they charged 1180 RS.

Regarding this I enquired with Bajaj finserve. They said your amount was deducted due to late payment of Emi dues.

But I knew I made late payment one or two dues .. But they charged 4 times..

Anyhow, I left that matter..
After all dues completed in August 2020. Now they charged 850 Rs as CMP MANDATE DEBIT BAJAJ FINANCE LTD in November

I don't know why they are taking money frequently in my bank account.

Sofar I am not using that account for any transactions. My mother get 1000 Rs monthly from government as widow pension. But they are looting all the money in the bank. Totally for three months my mother got 3000 as pension. But, when I calculated we got only 970 Rs .

I don't know whether this amount will remain in account.

I request the appropriate person to resolve the issue.

An amount of RS 707 was deducted from my bank account by Bajaj finserv with out any reason. I have recently purchased mobile phone using emi of Bajaj finserv and paid this month emi on time. Please take immediate action to refund the amount. PFA for the bank statement

I have a personal loan bajaj finserv.
loan number : 418PST[protected]
due to some error in my bank account. emi for the personal loan has been bounced...

i have paid the emi tru online banking... including the bouce charges...
now bajaj has debited more then 13000 INR from my account in the name of bouce charges...

there are charges of Rs 490, 319 and even for Rs 885..

debited charges for 3 times for a single month... 490*3 for a month
debited 885 multiple times.. in total debited over 13000 from my account.

tried to contact customer care ..but there is no option to talk with executive even affter browsing 30 minutes thru their phone menu..

writes to them...but wht i am asking and what they are replying in not even connected...

i am raising this issue to the RBi And social media...

i request bajaj to look in to this and resolve this...

13000 has been debited from my account on the name of charges...
plus i have already paid the charges along with emi via online payment for the bounced emi... on top of that around 6000 still pending in my bajaj account in the name of charges..

so on wht rate they are levying charges...

Bajaj finserv has debited EMI twice from my account.
1st on 2nd of Nov 2020, as scheduled ..
and again on 10th of Nov 2020 for the same amount.. 5584

Bajaj finserve debited ₹707 as a CMP MANDATE DEBIT, I don't know why without my permission and without any text, mail, and statement.We have provided you bank details this doesn't mean that you have right to do anything with my account.So please refund my debited amount.

I would like to raise a complaint against Bajaj Finserv regarding their mandate Fail transaction. I have already paid my EMI on time i.e. 02 of OCT and Nov via ECS system but I have been deducted with 295 rupees twice each month I.e. total of 1180 rupees. I request the Consumer complaint forum takes up this matter and quickly resolve my issue with the Bajaj Finserv.

I have Bajaj Finserv PLCS SMALL TICKET SIZE Personal Loan.
On Bajaj website, it is mentioned that for "Nil Part payment charges if the total amount paid in year is less than 25% of the principal outstanding".
However, CSR person saying they have not applicable option such.

Could you please help to confirm the Part Payment charges for less than 25% of the principal outstanding.

Need proper explanation and refunding of my additional EMI amount deducted against LAPTOP LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER: 403DPFGC283277.

My laptop loan amount is Rs. 37, 999 also I paid initial payment of Rs. 13, 840/- (including all taxes and first 3 installments of my EMI). And my monthly EMI amount calculated as Rs. 4, 223/- (for next 6 installments). This is the statement which I received from the Bajaj Finance Agent in HP showroom (OM Enterprises, Vinayagapuram, Ambattur).Refer Attached Statement copy.

But On my EMI Deduction (EMI 01) dated: 02 August 2020 it was debited Rs. 4, 376/- from my account instead of a pre-calculated EMI amount of Rs. 4, 223/-. Again during my Second EMI deduction (EMI 02) dated : 02 September 2020 it was debited Rs. 4, 943/- instead of Rs. 4, 223/-.

When we checked the online account statement it was mentioned only Rs. 4, 223 was deducted for EMI 02. On direct visit to nearby Bajaj Finserv Limited (Shanti Colony, Anna Nagar Branch) to enquire about the additional amount deduction (Rs. 153 (EMI 01) + Rs. 720 (EMI 02)), I was informed by the customer support official that the amount deducted for laptop insurance and still we have to pay 4 more installments for the same insurance. But the fact is we have never been informed about any laptop insurance while purchasing the product. Also the bajaj insurance agent was not there in the showroom when we bought the product. But now suddenly we are informed that we claimed for insurance for Laptop - Fonesafe Classic T4 Plan with Membership Fee of Rs. 3599/- (CPP Group India) - Linked Agreement No. 403DTBGD118452.

* I need an explanation that without my knowledge how the insurance claim is initiated by the bajaj finance people. And I have never received any Formal letter communication regarding the insurance details.
* Finally I don't want any Insurance against my Laptop Loan Account - 403DPFGC283277. Cancel the insurance account and I need refunding of my incorrect debited amount back as soon as possible.

Like this continuously they people deducting amount and not even responding properly for calls and avoiding us when we directly enquire them

My bajaj card is bloacked with out any information my credit limit is available but they are not giving the proper reason tp reactivate.i need to active the card asap. regd no [protected]

My mother bought oppoA9 at November 2019 through loan my mother SBI bank account for me. She put my mobile number to them. My mother paid EMI amount loan period Rs.1599. She finished to pay EMI amount at June month 2020 eventhough Corona days. I usually check loan amount through www.bajajfinserv.com. and it show my loan details further it show overdue amount Rs.500. At June month I came to bajaj finserv company at vilathikulam and I told to company staff( Mobile number:[protected] that I told to pay our overdue amount Rs.500 because my mother lost her mobile number that put in SBI account number. But he replied that he said your overdue amount Rs.300 and took your overdue amount next month even I showed the company message through whatsapp. But he replied our company have no business account.
They theft money from our SBI bank account last three months. Again my mother came to bajaj finserv company at vilathikulam and she told why did you take money from my bank account. He replied its not our job you will go to kovilpatti branch irresponsibly.
I attached the relevant bank account details and messages from company account. We want to refund the theft money from bank account.So please I request you that you should action against Bajaj Finserv Company and refund the lossing money.
