My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop. And regular calling threat, harrash me kindly help me please regards puspa singh - [protected]
