I have submitted Nodal officer about my Preferrred Contact Location in July 2022. After that many legal notices were sent by Bajaj Finance those were repied my by Advocate properly.
In the meantime, a collection agent from Bajaj finserv named Arun Kumar with mobile number[protected], and told get my native number and treated me like OBSCANDED. I need justice on this instacne.
I called him and confirmed whether he went to home. He also agreed that he went home and called my Father who is native.
This was informed to my Advocate also.
