Bajaj Finserv — demanding for excess charges without proper details

I have took a mobile from bajaj finserve (Samsung j7). There is only 90 rs of balance, for that they are demanding 3400 rs. If i asked for the reason nobody is responding in the branch of badvel, kadapa (Dt), andhra pradesh, india. When we ask for the statement they are demanding 250 rs. For the printout.
