Bajaj Finserv — Ecs received by company even torturing to receive same ecs

I took two product 1) samsung mobile, 2) whirl pool air conditioner... On 31/08/2016 both i took by emi from bajaj finance (Bajaj finserv) the loan account number for both product which bajaj finance given as follows (1) 4030cd27100775. (2) 4030cd27100694.
For samsung mobile the total purchase cost was rs.9, 400/- my emi per month is rs.940/- divided by 10 months for that product fully loan from total purchase cost no advance payment. And for whirl pool product total purchase cost rs.39, 400/- emi per month rs.3940 divided by 8 months from total purchase cost but advance received by them rs.7, 880/-... Actually first emi date for both product on 05/10/16 i was maintained the funds in the same date... But matter is before month of september 20 th 2016 before commencing emi i got message from icici bank as my ecs form which i given to bajaj finance for emi process was written wrongly, and bank said to given ecs form again with correct informations. I need to indicate here the ecs form and filling informations had been filled up by bajaj finance service executives only they are getting signature from us..
After getting ecs form account no mismatch message to me and next few days itself on 25/09/2016 i went to head office of bajaj finance at mount road raheja tower 2 nd floor and register my presence regarding complaint had wrote in their register no and got token as well. After my turn i met mr. Syed told this ecs issue and he asked me to give new ecs form with cancelled cheque at that time i did not carry my cheque leaf so i went out and i went again to same office on 27/09/2016. I given cancelled cheque leaf and new ecs form for further process.. After receiving documents mr. Syed said that usually emi will go seperately for each products but in this case emi will adjointly come to the account as rs. 4880/- (Rs.940/- + rs.3940/-) he said again coming first emi may got delay due to re submission of ecs form so emi may not come to the account as per our process unless if it is not debit he said to visit again directly to the head office to pay emi by cash.. Usually bajaj finance process ecs date they maintaining every month of 5th or 10th only how i know this means i took many product with bajaj finace and i paid regularly without any bounce sofar.. But as per the process of bajaj finance ecs cycle my emi has not clear on 5 th and 6 th instead emi by ecs cleared on 13/10/2016.in my all bank records specifically icici bank there were no black mark since the account maintained... But this month on 05/11/2016 emi cleared by ecs with bajaj finance regular emi cycle date.. And its showing in my bank records as well.. From bajaj collection team m/s suba from her mobile no-[protected] i got frequent calling to pay same emi... I told her it was debited by you by ecs this month... Even they are keep on calling me to pay and torturing me again and again... They are not under standing my words... After few days on 15/11/2016 i went back to bajaj head office i got token no 124 and i have been waiting more than 1hr i met mr. Sasi the person who attended me asked bank debit statement to resolve this problem i gave him even he said ok to this emi problem. I asked is this problem keep continue in next month he said i could not affirm to said but now its solved... I ask him to call his manager to affirm this issue... Manager paulraj came and speak to me and his mobile no[protected].. He said that to agree it was their technical issue and he appologised about this poor service and torture and he affirm said problem solved you should not meet this problem again... But after met them few days ahead bajaj finance put ecs return charges to my same account on 19/11/2016 rs 379.6/- and on 22/11/2016 rs.25.90/- and they charged... Before met his manager i spoke to bajaj customer care tele service ph no-[protected] for more than 47 minutes they gave token no-90... I was wasted 47 minutes after only they also could not given proper answer they directed me to visit head office... I was mentally tortured day by day still to pay emi that means paid emi... I was specialized and priority customer of bajaj but doing torture.. I had wasted my lots of time and energy do some relief from from their torture and give back my charges wrongly received by bajaj and give me apology letter for this ecs bounce issue to show my future finance dignity...
