Bajaj Finserv — Emi card blocking

Hi all, (Respected members of consumer forum)

My name is Jai hari chandiramani an account holder with bajaj finserv from the last 6 years.

I have a bajaj emi card from last few years and have a excellent history of no emis missed out of my 9 accounts till date..

All of sudden my emi card is been blocked by bajaj during this festive season and the so called customer care officers of bajaj/jokers have no idea of why the card is been blocked

I would request you to please go through the below trial mail and help me take this further to the next level as i completely belief that i should have update for my card blocking i should be informed about my card blocking with any mailer/letter/sms but Bajaj has failed doing that as well
