Dear Team,
I don't understand how can your system kept my card block for several months.
I understand 6 months ago due to EMI payment issue my card got blocked for 2 months but it was in the month of March or April, 16.
Yesterday I Contacted your customer service and spoke to Vivian, he told me that your Card is blocked due to some manual settings. I told him to unblock my card then he said it will be unblocked within 2 minutes which never happened.
On the same day in the afternoon I went to big bazaar for shopping with my parents. We had shopping for around 10K and asked cash counter representative to pay through EMI card she said it is block and we can't process your payment.
Now tell me is this some kind of joke in front of many people we got embarrassed, it was a mental harrasment. Who will repay that now.
I would like to make a formal complaint about that representative who told me your card is active and I want the written explanation why my card is block several months in spite my previous loans are cleared from my end.
I am also trying to reach you guys through phone however the line is so busy just wasted 50 bugs on that, I expect a call back from you guys - [protected].
Pls don't reply with your template as I want concrete answer plus some good gesture for mental harrasment & embarrassing moment that we faced yesterday due to Bajaj Finserv.
