I am soumen chatterjee, loan account number - 410pstet991087, emi amount - rs. 2, 457, customer id[protected], bajaj finserv server is showing my last emi was bounced due to insufficient funds on[protected] but on this date but i have sufficient balance on my account on this date for this transaction, after that as on[protected] at 12:07 pm, i will pay rs - 3057/- including bounce charge rs-600/- to bajaj finserv portal from gpay. Payment was successful but continuously i have received so many calls, sms's from bajaj customer care or calls from collection executive's. After successful payment that i have done this company calls me several times in a day for for payment collection. I already shared payment proof (Gpay snap) to bajaj kolkata office executive on 6th april after my payment was done and again i enclosed my payment proof (Gpay snap), bank account statement to bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but the harassment process going on continuously. Also i talked with customer care many times for this issue but the executives told me if the payment was not reflected in our server you must receive calls and sms's continuously. I communicate with bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) from last 6 days but they also not response my mail last two days after my bank statement received. I need the solution and statement updation asap.
