I had purchased a mobile phone through the emi card and they have been taking rs 250 apart from the emi for a product called fonesafe. I have tried calling their customer care no to cancel this as i was told when i wanted to cancel it earlier that cancellation will take place only between the 15th and 25th of each month. I am trying desperately to get this product cancelled and yet to no avail. Each time i call i have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get connected to the customer care person, and they keep us on hold purposely for so long that we cut the call as it is being charged. They do not respond to emails... The emi is almost over and they keep doing all these dirty low down tricks just for us not to cancel. Request you to kindly look into this matter and let me know how to proceed. Today i called them once again, and i was kept on hold for more than 45 minutes, and each time the person is taking the call, he knows i am waiting on line, he is purposefully putting the call back on hold. Is this the type of cheap tricks that bajaj is resorting to.
Extremely pathetic and incompetent service professionals that bajaj has employed... Unless it is the company that is using these cheap tactics. Was this information helpful? |
