[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — harassment regarding credit card

Bajaj finserv credit card dept. Gave me a offer for gold card free of cost and annual charges but it was upgraded to platinum and charge will rs 999/ year. It was done without my permission and i sent a email on[protected] to cancel my request. I again received a message on[protected] and it was mentioned that your service query has been successfully closed
On[protected], i again received a message that your credit card returned undelivered. But now they sent me a bill of rs 1178.82. So it is fraud with me
Take a necessary action and give me relief from bajaj finserv such kinds of harassment

I have sent so many request to solve my problem .Each time I received greeting from Bajaj Finserv And written to me we will contact within 48 hours or more.But till now, i have not received any information that my complaint has been solved .So please take action and give me relief from harassment which is given to me by Bajaj finserv

I have opted for bajaj finserv elite card by paying an amount of Rs.4777/- for which I was assisted by Miss. Shweta Chavan but even after one month I have not received my elite card & also vouchers for Rs.30, 000/- which I was briefed about during my membership. Now they have stopped responding to my mails also.
