Hi,
I transferred my home loan to Bajaj Finserv. My EMI date would fall on 2nd of every month starting from 2nd Jan, 2017.

The balance transfer cheque was given and submitted to LICHFL on 29th Nov, 2016, which got cleared / encashed on 2nd Dec, 2016, so there should be no interest charge whatsoever.

But I received welcome letter with first EMI has Rs. 2144/- additional to the EMI, for which till date there is no explanation of this error and corrected welcome letter sent despite of my numerous mails.

99 rs has been cut from my account as inactive Fees from my account.

Could you please tell me why this amount is detected without notify me.

Could you please let me know if you were asked to get home loan insurance from Bajaj finserv, have you taken it?
i am on the verge of transferring my Home loan from LICHFL to Bajaj.
