[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — huge ecs bounce charges

I have recently transferred by homeloans from lic and indiabulls to bajaj, considering the fast service and top up loan option.
We have got very good service from bajaj sales representative initially.

However i am shocked with the collection, overdue charges and unprofessional approach of bajaj team when my 1st cheque got bounced due to genuine reason..

My top up loan cheque from bajaj was received on 11th jul inspite of many followups with the team hence my all the below mentioned 1st ecs got bounced.

Now immediately after 1 day, bajaj representative was calling me after every 5 minutes asking to deposit the money inspite of i have assured for the clearance of the same for the same day. Such approach which is very contradictory to other banks. I never ever seen this kind of approach with my previous bank since last 7-8 years. It was whole day i was discussing with bajaj team. Which is very irritating and promoting me to re-transfer loan to my previous bank.

As per bank process bank normally presents the ecs 2-3 times lateron customer care starts following up.in bajaj, immediately after 1 day of ecs bounce collection team was following up 15-20 times in a day. Pl note: no one intentionally bounces the ecs, it is the technical reason behind this. Pl do not do argument with customer especially who is taking loan of 50 lakhs for long term tenure and request to build your trust.

Also 3000 rs bounce charges for topup loan too high and can not justify at any cost. Even for 2 topup loans due charges are more than the emi amount. Is this as per rbi guideline because i have hardly paid 250 rs bounce charges in my past with my earlier banks.

I have paid the below ecs payment and receipt is shared with bajaj for the same.

Request to return the 3000 rs which is already paid and waive off the rest penalty charges (3000 * 4= 12000) request to apply the applicable charges only.

Will have next 25 years of relation ship and our 1st cheque was bounced due to some technical error. Request your support to refund paid =3000 rs and waive off rest overdue charges.

Look forward for your valuable support.

I have highlighted this issue with bajaj customer care dted 13th july and 25th july but no has courtsey to reply.

I have undergone tremendous mental pressure with such negative approach of bajaj.

We look forward for immediate revert.
