i am Balwan from Shive Enclave Part 1, Garhi Harsuru, Gurgaon. I request to you, my neighbors (Rajesh Meena-[protected]) is creating a huge problem, he has almost block the street way. He raised the street level. All neighbors house came down from that level. There had happened some of the accident on this place. It could lead life loosing accident. We had requested to him so many times, but he is deny it. So please help us. Photo is also attached here.
