I am balwan singh applied for pan card application year 2005 and income tax department had been allotted my pan no. Bbgps0646n in year 2005 but i haven't received pan card yet due to report of nsdl pan card return undelivered dated[protected]. I need original pan card and applied it again dated 16 - may -2017 but income tax department very negligent and careless in its duties because status of pan card is pending unresulted from more than two months under process of income tax department please take necessary action against against responsible employees as soon as possible and kindly issue my pan card immediately
