[Resolved]  Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — BDA refused to refund the EMD amount,

Address: Sankey Road, Near 5Th Main Road, Kumarapark West, Guttahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560020

As per the instruction provided by BDA we have deposited amount of 4 lakh rupees of EMD amount to BDA account before participating the e auction. due to some technical issue i am unable to participate on the proper time and lost auction. after 10 days I tried to contact the BDA officers by phone and tried to understand where the refund process is in but non of the officers are not responding properly to and I could not able to find status of refund. I want that money back immediately as i am going to buy a land.
