Water supply is diverted by the line man

Sir.
Thus is to bring to your notice that we are residents in a apartment by name TropicalDwellings on 1st main veerabhadranagar main road Basavanagar Bangalore 560037..( Talakaveri lay out HAL)

We have been getting hardly @ 500 ltrs water in a week .I.e on Saturday night after 8- 9 pm.only after all the residents sump are filled and by the tome we receive the water stops.
After lot of logger heads with the line...

We are not using Cauvery water due to contamination and we have been charged a bill of 7890 rupees

Address: HBR Palace Apartment, Door Number SF-4, # 1-2, 1st Main Road, 1st 'A' cross, HBR layout - 560043

We are getting contaminated cauvery water in the apartment and hence, we have stopped using cauvery water since a month.
(1) However, we have been charged the default amount of 7980 rs/- and we want these charges to be reversed .
(2) Also, please rectify the cauvery water contamination

Sewage overflow

Our building, Premier Villa is on the main NEW BEL road. The sewage has been overflowing since 4-5 months. we have tried all repairs through BWSSB and private agency, but it has not stopped. As per our information it is a main pipeline blockage/damage on the road. A request to break the road has been raised by BWSSB on BBMP, but there has been no progress. This is a serious health hazard and stench is terrible. It is also a breeding ground...

Blockage in the sewerage pipe

The sewerage pipe on the main road in 2nd Cross is blocked, the chamber and pipe underneath the road needs to be cleaned.

This is causing chamber blockage for our building

Regarding water bill

Address: No 25, 8th main road Muthylanagar Bengaluru

Regarding above description in our building bwssb has given only sanitary connection and water connection has not been given till date nor water meter is fixed.
But Bill is generated on the higher side Rs. 6559.
Kindly waive off the bill. Kindly inspect the spot if needed.
I am entitled to pay the charges only after the water connection is given.
Please do the needful.

Illegal Connection

Address: House 33 1st Block 2nd Cross Near SVV Convent HMT layout Nagasandra Post banglore 560073

As I have seen the bill from this house never exceeds more than 350Rs which is highly impossible as this house 2 Floors and water usage is also more as they regularly waste the water by cleaning the vehicles.
I have also heard the owner giving suggestions to install a double connection to get less bill (one pipe from the meter and the other directly).
Please do the need ....

Request for Sewage Water/UGD line Repair

We have been facing frequent UGD blockages, and despite temporary solutions, the issue persists. We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and request the necessary repairs or installation of a new sewage line to prevent further inconvenience.

In sufficient water supply

There is water stagnation and water leak in storm water drain on 6th main, 13th cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560003 in front of Sudha Sadan and Aarathi Apartments due to which there is a smell coming from the car parking gates. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible....
